OWLs/NEWTs: Did reasonably well in both of them. Nearly all Es on her OWLs, and a nice mixture of As and Es on her NEWTs.
History:
Andrea Rose Watson was born to Joseph and Linda Watson on March 8, 1995. She was a halfblood, born to a muggleborn mother and a halfblood father (...actually, I'm not sure what that would be, a quarter blood?). She soon became the big sister in the family when her brother Julien came after her 4 years later, and then finally Michelle 'Shelly' Watson 3 years after that. Andrea was very protective of her younger siblings, her baby sister especially, almost to the point of possession. Andrea's youngest years were during the Second Wizarding War, but she can hardly remember them. Although one of her first memories is of the day that Voldemort was defeated, she can recall her and her parents heading outside and setting off a bunch of fireworks.
However, this changed once the eldest Watson sibling headed to Hogwarts. She didn't adjust well, especially in her first few years at the school. She had anxiety that nearly spun out of control, not helped by the fact that she would wear gloves constantly around the school due to a fear of germs and earned such wonderful nicknames as Glove Girl, and Rogue by one rather annoying Muggleborn boy who managed to get the whole school to call her by that name once.
Things got much better when Julien arrived at the school. Andrea's confidence was bolstered again because she thought she needed to be a good role model for her little brother, and that didn't consist of being made fun of. She came out of her shell in these few years as well, and generally improved a great bit.
After leaving Hogwarts, Andrea decided that she wanted to go into a job in the health profession. That area always fascinated her, in both good and bad ways. Only problem is that she has a bit of a problem with indecision. She never thought she was one to be cut out for a job as a healer, and she loved the idea of being a Dementologist. As of this moment, she's working as a mediwitch, though she still isn't sure if that's what she really wants to do with her life. At least it's something she enjoys to some extent.
Personality:
Andrea is the type of person that lets things get to her easily. She's not the best at hiding her emotions. Most of the time she's pretty easygoing and happy, but when she's not, it's rather obvious. She tends to worry a lot, sometimes about huge things, and sometimes about the littlest things.
She likes to have fun, but she also likes to keep things on the safe side. Truth be told, she wants to work up the courage to live a little, but she also feels that she needs some help coming out of her shell. Generally Andrea has a positive attitude toward life, and wants to get the most enjoyment out of it that she can. After all, you only live once.
She doesn't want to get involved in any wars, but she fully supports the idea of rights for Muggles and Muggleborns. And why wouldn't she, her mother is a Muggleborn, and she's not even a pureblood herself. She thinks the idea of pureblood supremacy is rather stupid, and it's one of the few things she that will get her going on a rant.
Appearance:
The 23 year old has long, wavy brown hair that goes down a few inches past her shoulders. Her eyes are a pale brown, and she's relatively tall for a woman, at the height of 5'9". She's about an average weight for this height, a little on the lower side. She can usually be seen with her gloves on as well, although she has taken on a new challenge of making them appear as fashion savvy as possible. Of course, when on the job, she has the excuse to wear any type of gloves that she wants, so that's no big deal. When outside of work and not wearing the mediwitch uniform, she's usually wearing casual muggle clothes, like jeans and a t-shirt.
