It's ridiculous how long this took. I think I had about 100 layers. Anyway, here's a new set I made for Cal. Do you guys think I should use this one, or stick with what I've got?

I'll probably keep on making different sets, illustrating various degrees of evil/insane!Cal, as his character progresses.

Yeah, I'm just way too obsessed... it's not the actor, I swear (though he's very good). It's how I get into character. And it's pretty!

Currently: 10% evil, 70% insane.

Ack. I did another. And now I really don't know which to use. XD I think I'll wait to use the new ones until he gets more evil. They're definitely on the 'evil' side, though the newest is more 'haircut.'

I do like the morbid ones, though I must say that it's hard for me to take "memento mori" seriously. My brother went through this phase where he said that all the time because he thought it made him uber cool or something...

Oh, insomnia... paeans I sing to thee... at least I had time for Wilde and graphics. Graphics! o_0 Oh, and I colorized the photo, too, so if it looks weird... it was originally black and white. Fun making the jacket blue...

Edit: true to form, I've already edited. The face looked powdery, so I tried to get a better skin texture.

Hmm, I like the new one! As a suggestion, maybe try a version without the clock but with the smoke? Or a smaller clock, or something. I like the smoke, but with both it's too much.

Great colorization, though! I wouldn't have known it was a black and white photo if you hadn't said something.

You know.. it's kind of sad, now you think about it.. that I have such a crazy rapid Cillian Murphy obsession that I can tell where exactly all those imagines come from. :blink:

Nevertheless, you did a good job.. and I wish I could steal your photoshop-signature-making abilities.
