The group is completely secret, which means that your RL friends not be able to see it on your page (for those still a bit sheepish about the addiction). It also means that only admin can invite members!

You better not have made the group a fun group, cause I've been facebook-addiction free for a long time now, and a fun group might just spark my facebook addiction, and that will end really badly!
