Title: Sunshine, Daisies, Butter Mellow....
Description: Daphne H

Daphne Honeycutt - September 6, 2008 07:24 PM (GMT)

Welcome to After Graduation! Why don't you tell us a little about yourself?

It's Arty. Don't ask me why I'm making another character...I'm just mental like that.

We love you already. <3

Now that you've told us about yourself, why don't you tell us about your character? Here's a quick summary sheet to make it easy.

Describe your character in less than a paragraph.
Daphne is a sweet and quirky little muggleborn witch who owns a bakery, wears brightly colored sundresses, and loves bees. She is admittedly not the most developed character I've created on this site, but I look at this as allowing for her evolve easily. :D

What's your posting style like?
Couple paragraphs, usually within a couple days of your last post.

What sort of plots or roleplays are you interested in? Serious or light? Long-term or short?
I'm pretty open to all rps. Though I somehow doubt Daphne will be delving into deep, dark psychologically thrilling topics.

Anyway, I'm basically just letting you lot know she's out there, and inviting you to stop by her bakery, once it gets up. Am open to any and all plotting.

Fantastic! Now I hope you've prepared yourself. You're about to be bombarded with welcomes and thread requests from many wonderful roleplayers.

Hi Artyyy! Its Lizzy. I've got two characters for ya-

Juliet Simmons- I think that these two would get along pretty well. Juliet is pretty free spirited and is generally a kind soul. I can picture them having fun little outings and spazz fests and whatnot.

Antoinette Ferox- The chance of these two meeting is fairly low since Andy is a pretty cynical person whose personality yo-yos around. If they do meet, Andy will most likely think shes something of a crackpot, but a kindly sort of crackpot at that.

Any ideas are more than welcome. =D

Duh, Luna and Daphne I'm sure would get along fabulously. Both full of sunshine and free spirited. If there weren't such an age difference they'd probably have been the best of friends at Hogwarts.

Alright, maybe not exactly, but I still foresee them hitting it off if they ever come across each other.

Marshall and Victoire...I doubt it. Marshall wouldn't have been at Hogwarts as a student or as a professor when Daphne was around. Victoire is probably too young for her, unless Daphne routinely hung out with girls 4 years her junior.

Andrea, I can see them knowing each other from Hogwarts. Andi was a Ravenclaw, but they're both from the Hogwarts class of 2013. Andrea's a bit of a worrier, yes, but she's a pretty easy person to get along with for the most part (and Daphne doesn't look like she'd be the type of person that Andrea would hate).

Lizzy- Woot for spazz fests! And I think that Daphne while not a pranker herself, appreciates their humor. And therefore would get along well with someone who works in a joke shop.

Luna - Haha, I can totally see her getting along with Luna. She might not get all of Luna's crazy theories and whatnot, but would certainly appreciate her friendly/spacy personality.

Ron Weasley - September 7, 2008 03:30 AM (GMT)
My name on cbox is Roe and I play 2 canon characters who came out of Hogwarts in the same year and are 38 years old:

Ron Weasley .... current ..... but we don't know for how long .... the Deputy Head of the Department of La Enforcement .... Level 2 at the Ministry. Since Harry Potter's disappearance Ron hasn't been himself .... tends to be a bit emotional and impulsive ... even with his superiors. He's sometimes referred to as being "on the edge" by others. He just came back from a self-imposed leave of absence after turning down being Harry's replacement as Department Head. He really isn't fitting back in too well yet.

Neville Longbottom ... Nevv has been the Professor of Herbology at Hogwarts for 15 years, after being an Auror for 5 years. Was hero in the 2nd Wizarding wars, when Voldemort met his demise. He married the former Hannah Abbott, who is also the landlord at the Leaky Cauldron. She is expecting twins in a couple of months around Halloween. Neville is still a bit of a lost soul as he is wondering if he's done the right thing with his life. It also looks like he's about to face a major tragedy, and have a darker view of things.

I'll bet E.B. would be a regular customer. :P I think he'd get on with her, too. Maybe we'll do some RP in future. Cheers!

I could definitely see Anne buying from her bakery - Anne's just that sort of woman. James might pop in every once in a while because of his sweet tooth (I'm assuming she sells like, cakes) but probably not often.

I doubt Daphne and Elizabeth will have much to say to each other (unless maybe they were in school together? Liz is thirty; were they?) though perhaps if Daphne's looking for some drugs there's a possibility.

Calixtus Ferox - September 7, 2008 08:19 PM (GMT)
Well, Elizabeth could become a bakery racketeer. We need some good old-fashioned racketeering around here ('Nice bakery. It'd be a shame if it happened to burn down accidentally... want to buy some 'insurance'?').

Well, maybe not Elizabeth, but someone ought to. (Augustine? I must use him, it's getting pathetic).

Sorry to thread-jack like that. The idea just hit me.
