Describe your character in less than a paragraph.
Basically he was born into a muggle family who was afraid of/hated magic so much that they decided to lock their son up in his room for fifteen years rather than send him to Hogwarts. Eventually, Cecil accidentally caused a magical explosion that killed his father and put his mother into a coma. He was picked up by the ministry and sent to St. Mungo's for a while but he's been released. He has lost the ability to communicate with others properly, and is basically a tramp.

What's your posting style like?
Usually a couple paragraphs, and depending how busy I am I could have it up the next day or a week later. (I usually try to get things up as quickly as I can, I hate to keep people waiting!)

What sort of plots or roleplays are you interested in? Serious or light? Long-term or short?
Oh, I do a little of everything really. But I'm not a fan of threads that don't lead to anything, so let's plot instead of having our characters talk about the weather, eh?

D: POOR CHILD. I'm quite sure Kate would love him. She'd dote on him, give him candy, and take him out places. She'd feel bad for him and treat him sort of like a puppy. That is, she would try too. I'm not sure how he would respond to that.

I mean--anyway, we've talked about terrorism, which ought to be fun. I think Niff said something about a terrorist meeting later on; maybe Carmen or Shallah Kosa could recruit him or something. Always need more crazy terrorists.

And obviously a thread with Cecil and Cal would be fun eventually. I'm imagining a lot of twitching. Or EB (when Steph gets back to help with vigilanteism) or my new policeman, once I make him... we'll talk. Nice character!

I think Zoey would feel the same way that Kate does in this regard. But she's also the kind of person to open her door to anyone. Besides, she likes having people to take care of. She'd cook and knit for him. Then at least we know he's being fed and clothed, and Kate would take him places to do thing, and then he totally free to be as terroristic (I think I may have just made up that word) as he wants!

Carmen + Cal + Cecil = Trinity of Evil (they aptly share the same first initial.)

This is what I'm envisioning: Cecil is dumped into the streets by a hospital/government unable to deal with his brand of crazy. Carmen gets wind of the story through her job, picks him up, enlists the help of Cal in utterly destroying what sanity he has left (assuming that this is after the terrorist stuff starts their business relationship), and they use him as a sort of hell hound to pester the counter-terrorists. The good guys think he's harmless, then WHAM. He goes all crazy and stabs them in their sleep!

Hey guys! Now that summer's here and I have the time, I'm actually planning on using dear demented Cecil. So those of you who are still interested in Cecil (or new people looking to become involved with him) speak now.

Carmen/Cal I am still intrigued by the idea of him being corrupted for some evil deed. I will probably put some sort of open thread up soon and if either of you want to stumble upon it, that could be fun.

Other people feel free to suggest some things. I've toyed with the following ideas for Cecil.

1.) He gets picked up by some evil entity and used for their own evil purposes (see comments to Cal/Carmen above)

2.) He latches on to a particular witch or wizard who he idolizes in a sort of sick way as what he shold be and he basically develops into a creepy stalker.

3.) I think Kate and Zoey have disappeared but some good hearted people have wanted to help him. This could be a possibility that somebody might enertain. They wouldn't be terribly successful but...that's their decision. However, I'd also enjoy roleplays with people who are terrified and/or disgusted by him.

I created him because I wanted wholly repulsive/evil character. So the chances of him making some sort of recovery and slowly re-entering mainstream society/learning magic/developing relationships are pretty much zero. But he could be a definate source of chaos and possibly amusement. Let's be honest...I tend to make all my characters at least a little ridiculous.

Hey I'm Jemma...

I've currently got two characters here:

Kelsey Andersson: Kelsey is smart, nice, thoughtful, patient, sensitive, and likes to joke around. But when she get’s past her pressure point, she will explodeswith anger. She's ambitious, helpful and caring with it comes to toher people. By nature, Kelsey is an academic. She loves to learn. At times, Kelsey is reminded of her past and then becomes depressed; but this does not happen as much since she worked at Beauxbatons in France for over a year. When it comes to love and romance, she falls in and out of love very quickly, at her age she should be looking for a man to settle down with...but Mr Right has not yet arrived. Kelsey is the youngest of two girls (sister is Mattie Andersson) and is cousin to Nessa and she is currently working on Level Three of the Minsitry as a member of the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad.

Derek D'Ambrosio: Derek is a six foot and 2 & half inches tall guy, with large hazel-green eyes; which any girl could fall right into. He has short, bed-messy brown hair, he doesn't usually use any product unless he is on a date or something. Derek is always clean shaven, unless it is the morning after the night before. Derek is known for his athletic build and is huge smile, even though he is naturally slender, you know that he is strong. He can bench press 290 lbs and deadlift about 300 lbs and also Derek is very fast for his height. Derek has recently had to have glasses, not telling anyone...but he has chosen to have contacts. Derek is a good looking boy, but he has never really believe it. When he was younger he uses to have acne, but due to the wonders of modern medicine his skin is all clear. Derek has a few childhood scars and no holes where there shouldn't be holes. He does have one tattoo of scriptive writing; the word is 'Loyal' and it is on his left wrist. Derek is American and attended Tagetes Academy and graduated in 2014. Derek is currently the Quidditch world Cup Organizer at the Ministry.

Both of them are nice people, Kelsey could become a helping hand in some shape or form...what do you think?
