History:
When Astrella was born, her parents had just turned 21 nine months later, both very inexperienced with kids [both being only children]. From then on they decided they wouldn't have anymore kids. They struggled to make ends meets, both of their parents dead or poor enough. When James finally got a good job going at the Ministry, Astrella had just turned five. Lauren wanted the best for Astrella, as most mothers do, but it always made Lauren sad when she couldn't give Astrella the best as some of the other kids they knew. When Astrella turned fourteen the summer after her third year at Hogwarts, Lauren [her mother] had overdosed on Muggle Anti-depressents. Neither Astrella nor James knew that Lauren even had them, and were greatly grieved by it. Not even St. Mungo's had the means to stop her death. Astrella never got over it. Astrella was a bright kid, showing signs of intelligence when doing the simplest of activities. She had natural talents for flying, Charms, Herbology, Potions, Transfiguration, and Ancient Runes during her years at Hogwarts. She was star chaser on the Quidditch team and was capitain during her fifth through seventh year. However, during her years she got into many fights, her pride was hurt and she didn't want to admit she was wrong, her arrogance went overflowing and no one could stand her. She'd built up a mask she'd show the world; a bright, loud, arrogant girl that no one wanted to be around. She she'd be left alone, and not get hurt.. Astrella know's she far from perfect, no matter how she acts, and she wants to hide her weaksnesses, which is a bit ironic because that is one of her weaknesses.

Although she had shown great strength, Astrella never got over her mother's death. She never got closure. She always blamed herself for her mother's suicide, thinking that if she wasn't born, then her parents would've been better off and her mother wouldn't have overdosed. Astrella made it through Hogwarts strong though. She was a Slytherin and only was friends with a few people, and trusted fewer.. She lived her life to the fullest, though, living through a mask, bottling up her resentment, anger, pain, and everything else. Astrella made some friends, those select few even knew about her past, something Astrella kept very close and personal. She was very hard on trusting, knowing that the select few who could be trusted should know. Astrella hates showing weaknesses, and doesn't want to turn out like her mother did; depressed, sad, and suicidal. So then, Astrella and four friends went out of Hogwarts to become something that would help society in a way. Astrella wanted to get rid of other's pain, hoping that it'd all remove the grief she dealt with after her mother, and her two best friend's deaths.


The Fourth Unforgivable

One of the few of the Unspeakables that had worked on the Fourth Unforgivable, Astrella Snipe had seen it for something it wasn't at first: a new advancement of magic, power, and something unknown. The power that drew her in was unspeakable, no matter how practical or rational she could be, she hated not knowing things, and welcomed any chance she may have to know what many others don't.
Working with Garrow and Logan Fletcher wasn't something she had expected to turn out quite the way it did. Deep into the project, too deep, Astrella had realized what an inhumane act the curse was. But she was in to deep, they all were. Logan and herself had tried to sabatoge the project, slowly but surely.

However, it didn't turn out to be as effective as she would've liked.

But as to what had happened? She didn't know. One moment she was in the Department of Mysteries, working on her notes for the curse...And the next thing she knew, months later, she was waking in her flat; as if she'd been asleep. The last thing she recalled before being awake was one of the first time she'd actually seen the spell in action, when Garrow had forced them to put it to test, the very day she and Logan realized they needed to somehow sabatage the project.

But she hadn't been asleep. She wasn't. Astrella had no recollection of what happened to her, or the curse, or Logan or anyone else working on the Fourth Unforgivable, not even Garrow.

She still had her job, however, as an Unspeakable. It is with great determination that she will now set out to find out what happened to the Wizarding World in her absent minded-ness.

Markings Astrella has a star shaped birth mark on her wrist, the inside of her arm and a tatoo on her right hipbone, abover her pants line. The tatoo is of a key, with a heart. The key is next to the heart. A new scar that runs from the bottomof her right palm, to her elbow, along the inside of her arm.
Astrella has a unique sense of beauty. She wears certain make up, like eye shadow and mascara around her eyes, smoldering look. Usually, its all she wears, and she tries to look mysterious. Astrella loves anything that shows her mysterious side and doesn't like people knowing a whole lot about her. What's life without mystery? Astrella's face can show and hide alot. She knows how to portray certain emotions in acting and how to hide what she's thinking. But sometimes, her emotion is too much to handle anf she doesn't know how to handle it and her face betrays her. Astrella loved changing her looks. She went from being a dirty blonde, to platinum, to auburn hair, and to black, then back to her natural brown. Astrella has tried every hair style from the short, above the shoulders, and now rests at below her chest, at mid back length. Astrella has soft, wavy brunette hair that has brown and auburn highlights of every shade giving it a natural brown and not a fake, solid die job brunette hair. Astrella always wears it down, or if she's in a fight she has it up in a high ponytail and out of her way. Astrella was blessed with gorgeous hazel eye. Not only do they have the perfect blend of brown, blue, and green. Astrella has curves along her waist, thighs, and hips that make her body not look like a pole
She's got a figure, and is proud of how she looks, always has been. Though, when she goes through a rough patch, either when she looses someone she tends to gain a lot of weight, eating her way through depression. If she gets sick she doesn't eat and looses wait dangerously. A bit stupidly too.
