History:

Victoire Weasley was born on May 2, 1999 to proud parents Bill and Fleur Weasley. She was born exactly a year after the Battle of Hogwarts, and was thus christened Victoire for a reason (Victoire is the French word for 'victory').

Being the first child, Victoire was spoiled quite a bit for her first few years of life. Then her younger sister Dominique came along and the attention was whisked away from Victoire and put onto the new baby. Or at least that was what it felt like to Victoire. Truthfully, her parents still gave her a good amount of attention. A couple of years after Dominique's birth came Louis. Victoire didn't react as badly to Louis birth, because by then she'd developed a bond with Dominique and they shared their status as big sisters. Victoire decided to show Dominique the ropes.

It was no shock when Victoire turned eleven and received her letter to Hogwarts. She was a bit sad to leave Dominique and Louis behind but was confident that she would have fun at Hogwarts. Which, of course, was an understatement - Victoire loved the place. She was sorted into Hufflepuff. Dominique followed three years later and Loius two years after that. The three siblings were only in the school together for two years.

While at Hogwarts, Victoire began to fall for her Uncle Harry's godson, Teddy Lupin. The two had always been friends (it was hard not to be when Teddy practically lived at the Potter home, and the Potters were Victoire's cousins). However, the redhead started to have feelings for the metamorphmagus...feelings that were returned, and the two began dating shortly after Teddy left Hogwarts, and shortly before Victoire's 7th year.

Victoire graduated Hogwarts with average grades. She has grown a bit worried about Teddy lately, as he seems obsessed with his godfather's disappearance. Not that she blames him, she's worried too, but she's also afraid he'll stick his nose into business that it's better to stay out of. Victoire herself has bounced through a couple of jobs since leaving Hogwarts a year ago, and is now working as a bartender at the Leaky Cauldron.
Personality:

Victoire is a nice and friendly girl to those who know her well. Unfortunately, she takes after her mother and has a bit of a haughty attitude towards those she doesn't know. She has a habit of being rather judgmental, but get past that and you'll get a great and loyal friend. She wasn't sorted into Hufflepuff for nothing. She's a bit mischievous. While she isn't a prankster to the extent of her Uncle George and late Uncle Fred, she does like to play jokes on family members and friends (though prefers to stay away from those that she doesn't know, for fear of what might happen). She loves to tease people as well, especially males (and especially Teddy).

She has a bit of a temper as well, taking after most of the women of the Weasley family.

Unfortunately, she carries a bit of insecurity due to her veela heritage. She worries that men (especially Teddy) may only find her beautiful and likable because she's 1/8th veela. Her mother has reassured her several times that men like her for her. Besides, 1/8th blood isn't that strong. Still, the worry threatens to take over Victoire every once in a while.
Appearance:

Victoire inherited the Weasley red hair, first and foremost. It's rather long and falls a few inches past her shoulders. She often wears it up in a ponytail, but has been known to wear it down every once in a while. She has brown eyes to go with that hair, and many of her facial features look much like her mother's.
