There was a request for a site timeline a while ago...although we have several threads with 'timelines' (AKA a place where a timeline should go), Spiv and I haven't actually gone through and made one. It's sort of a daunting and time-consuming task. So here's what I think we should do; each of us will contribute what dates we know for our own characters, and we can fill in the blanks from there. Here's what I know and/or hypothetical dates for my own character events. If you're involved in the plottage, let me know if the dates work for you.



QUOTE (YEAR OF 2018)
July 30th: Harry Potter goes poof.
August 1st: The Ministry forgets to send the Prophet Harry's birthday announcement because they're panicking.
    Through the Week: Rumor weeds. Other people go missing. Term 'apparition bug' is coined.


August 5th: Wendell meets Sofia in Ministry.
August 6th: Darien fixes Apollo's eyeballs.
August 7th: Carmen hires Apollo.
    Through the Next Three Weeks: More disappearances, more rumor weeds.

August 8th:

  • Wendell almost gets caught by Ben Astbury in Jasper’s shop.
  • Will meets Alain Walmsley for lunch at Madame Puddifoot’s.

August 10th:

  • Carmen hires Judy.
  • Darien examines a fourth unforgivable patient with Anna and Bram.

August 11th: Darien meets Lucy.
August 12th: Will visits the family of an Apparition Bug victim, and talks to Lucia in Hogsmeade.
August 13th: Wendell meets Sofia in the pub.
August 14th: Shacklebolt is murdered.
August 15th: Arty helps Kiyoshi break into his apartment.
August 17th: First Prophet staff meeting.
August 20th:

  • Ivy returns.
  • Derry is reunited with Lucy and that night they get their marriage license.
  • Edward is admitted to St. Mungo's after a severe splinching.
  • E.B. seriously upsets his superiors after taking out all of London's power grid and briefly animating all Muggle electrical appliances; placed on probation.

August 22nd: E.B. catches Mackenzie breaking into his flat; takes him on as a roommate.
August 23rd:

  • Carmen agrees to a makeover contest for the Prophet. Apollo tells Arty about contest.
  • Cal Ferox goes out to a bar, concusses himself, and seriously annoys Heather Knowles.
  • Apollo tells Arty about the Fashion Prophet Makeover contest
August 24th:

  • Darien fixes Kate's headband problem.
  • Ivy is hired by Astbury.
  • Derry beats in Darien's face.

August 25th:

  • Ivy gets introduced to the department.
  • Edwart meets with Zatana Zosime, a Grecian Ministry representative.
  • Logan meets Artemis in the course of his research.

August 25th: E.B. goes on a date with Constance Fallon.
August 26th:

  • Darien saves Kate again, takes her to Sinistra's Secondhand Shop, and Apollo and Kate set up a double date.
  • Bram examines Edward’s daughter, Kendra, in his mansion.
  • Lost and Confused thread (Arty)
  • E.B. meets Wendell in the Hog's Head for a chat.

August 27th:

  • Derry and Lucy have a slightly delayed wedding reception.
  • Ivy arrests Wendell Darrow and makes her confession to Bram.
  • Marshall visits the Sinistras to find robes for the coming school year.
August 28th: Cell 12B.
August 29th: Will responds to a burglary on Wickliff Street and interviews Thatcher for a Level Two internship.
August 30th: Cal bathes(!) and goes to buy unicorn's blood from Atlas Caedmon at the SHOP.
August 31st: The Fashion Prophet makeover takes place.
September 1st:

  • Double dates with Kate/Apollo and Darien/Arty at Avalon Island.
  • Sebastian Kent interviews at the Prophet, strikes up a conversation with Sara.

September 2nd: James is visited by the Department of Magical Law Enforcement a few days after the break-in at a wizarding residence. Earliest mention of The Magic Mirror.
September 3rd: Garrow stops by Cal's laboratory and buys his 'Imperius' potion.
September 4th:
  • Logan visits Artemis to ask her for a date.
  • Edward meets with Unspeakables Fletcher and Snipe.

September 6th: Ivy goes on assignment and fines Cal for being himself.
September 7th: Sebastian visits Apollo Sinistra at his shop.
September 8th:

  • Elizabeth Darrow arrives in London and meets Ivy and Arty.
  • Judy Baines is killed by Edward Garrow.

September 9th:

  • Arty and Logan have a date.
  • At the Leaky Cauldron trying to escape from his staff, James meets Neville Longbottom and chats about a potential business arrangement.
  • E.B. and Will start investigating Judy Baines's murder.

September 10th:
  • Kate is attacked by Garrow.
  • Ivy goes on assignment with Lucas Denzin at The Hog's Head.

September 13th: Cal meets Roscoe Blaine at a Muggle strip joint.
September 14th: James takes a trip to Hogsmeade to buy some quality sweets and has a chance meeting with Healer Heather Knowles.
September 20th: Ivy and Ben Astbury go on a secret date in muggle London.
September 28th: The breakout/break-in night. Wendell is broken out of prison by Sofia. Atlas Caedmon, Carmen, the Sinistras, and Darien Holywell break into the Department of Mysteries, where they are seen by Logan Fletcher and Edward Garrow. Ivy visits Bram Jayden at his apartment, where they have an argument over Kendra, and she finds her way to Garrow's house to steal her away. Garrow catches her and beats her, after which Constance Fallon arrests and interrogates her. Carmen publishes her article on the fourth unforgivable and goes into hiding.
September 29th: Derry, Lucy, and Bram organize a massive effort to free Ivy and incarcerate Garrow.
September 30th: A townhall-like meeting about the fourth unforgivable and Garrow is held at the Leaky.
October 1st: Ivy's trial. She and several others testify, and Garrow is thrown in jail while she and Logan Fletcher are released.
October 7th: At Jasper Christie's birthday party James gets into an argument with Calixtus Ferox over a distinct lack of manners (whose, however, is debatable).
October 17th: Ivy attends a Ministry social and drinks coffee.
October 24th: Ronald Weasley makes a request of the Minister of Magic for an appointment one-on-one with the Minister to discuss the possibility of a transfer to another department.
October 26: Cal and Jasper strike up a somewhat more than friendly relationship.
October 31st: Hannah Longbottom delivers identical twins in the early morning hours of Halloween and dies in childbirth, leaving a distraught and widowed Neville. He decides to name them Frank and Hannah.
November 1st: Neville requests indefinite leave from Hogwarts after the death of his wife.
November 2nd: Ivy and Nick Quinn break into the Syndicate at Thieves Road, which results in a violent stand-off.
November 11: Cal and Jasper 'kidnap' Dorian Walters and help him through his first lycanthropic transformation.
November 29: Carmen catches Casper in a compromising position in a Muggle club.

January 2nd: The terrorists attack Honeycutt's Bakery and SHOP. Margot is killed.
