Okay, I must admit (and most of you know) that I didn't have big hopes for StH but I did expect a somewhat solid game that could be pretty fun and most everyone thought the same just with higher hopes even... BUT as the game came out, IGN thought very differently giving it a 4.8 or

Did you play the game? It deserved a 4.8, even I think so and i'm one of the biggest Sonic fans here. The game was terrible, SEGA got us pumped up saying that super sonic was fully playable and a bunch of other lies, for example, here are most of the lies i have heard,

1. the super forms will be fully playable
2. Sonic will get faster with rings he collects
3. All side characters will be playable in free mode
4. There will be a free mode
5. Silver will have an upgrade that will allow him to use Sonic's moves
6. Shadow will have mach speed zones
7. There will be a mach speed zone for each level.
8. There will be a boss for each level
9. There will be use of Kingdom Hearts 2 Reaction Commands.

These are only a few of the lies spread by SEGA. They are REALLY getting on my last nerve.

No, truthfully, I didn't agree with their score. I say lower. Like, a total 0. That game totally sucked. I only liked the ending.

Which ending? there were like 5, But what really made me mad was that they didn't finish the game instead of just delaying the release date again, I would of rather them do that instead of this crap.

I haven't played the game yet, but I don't agree with them giving the game a low score. I have seen the screen shots, and the game would at minimum deserve at least a 6.0 score.

I'm kinda glad IGN gave next-gen a 4.8. Sonic Next-Gen is Sega at it's stupidist. I mean when Sonic gets killed Elise kisses Sonic....ON THE FRIGGIN' LIPS....RIGHT IN FRONT OF AMY. :blink:

I actually liked it. But hey, I respect over people's opinions (unless they're jerks about them). So, no I don't agree, but that last option is freaking ridiculous.

What part of Sonic and Elise kissed did you not understand? Dude i would rather have amy than some interspecies relationship, Also, the top half of elise was like chicken meat and her legs were all dark and everything, it looked wierd. Also the cutscence took too long to load and they were all stiff and the faces had the same expression the entire time unlike SA2B

Sega you fools you market this stuff to kids STOP THIS NOW!!! you all know anthro love is gross and shouldn't be in the reach of children. Anyway the game was buggier than a junebug but it was good though except that Elise schene.

I have yet to play the game, but from reading the review in it's total, the score seems reasonable for such a (from what I have heard) half-assed game.

The games ratings were pretty good at first, like PLAY's "OMG Its @SeOmE lOlOlOl" as well as that one that scored it "8.7".

Then you fools actually played the game. This is where you all annoy me. a lot. You're not supposed to judge a Sonic game on how good it is! You judge on the OPPOSITE of what reviewers say. Gawd, When will you all learn.

Anyways, According to what I've heard, the game is pretty enjoyable at first until the god-damn bugs and inconsistencies kick in. Ranging from falling through floors to the sticking to the loop one.

From all I heard, SEGA got lucky to get a score this good on a game with all the glitches.

On the kissing Sonic issue: give them a break, let Elise get her fun while she can, it's not like she'll be back again...... maybe I should rephrase that. She'd better not come back, considering she has no need to be there since she changed the past.

Also, I heard people discussing how the PS3's version will be better, along with fixed glitches. They'll be disappointed when that comes out. C'mon, this SEGA we're talking about.

Then again, I haven't played it yet, so I can't really judge. Maybe this game is good, and this some government conspiracy of some kind to.......do.........stuff.

I dont listen to reviewers, i judge a game by,
1. How fun it is
2. how good the graphics are
3. How long it can keep me playing
So far the only game to do this was FF7 back in the day and Halo 2

I agree. I don't think anyone should judge a game before they even play it just from someone else's opinion. Maybe as guidelines of what to expect, but everyone has different tastes in games. Don't condemn a game before you try it... I learned that a while ago.

It's coming out for the Wii isnt it? If not, this gives me a good reason to get a PS3 besides Kingdom Hearts 3 (In 2-5 years :P)
