Ok at the end of Shadow the hedgehog he turns into hyper shadow.
And in SA2 he turns into hypershadow.
and he turns in to hyper shadow in......OK i think you get the point so far.

Well anyway. why do they keep changing his look?
Like for example. in SA2 he looks a little cartoonish. and in Shadow the hedgehog he looks shiny and real.


I like the hyper shadow in shadow the hedehog the best.

Actually, I don't know about the end of Shadow the Hedgehog, but in SA2/B, he is not Hyper Shadow, he is Super Shadow.

Natla of Atlantis is correct...I just think that they are changing the details of him to make him look more realistic (although supersonic hedgehogs are about as real as five-winged anvils with chainsaws that splurt geckos from their handles) and just plain better...

There is no Hyper Shadow. He wouldn't be yellow. if he was hyper. He'd be silver I think.

In SA2, they had horrible detail on the characters. Also, since Sonic was already yellow, they felt that Hyper Shadow couldn't also be yellow.

In Shadow the Hedgehog, they tightened up the graphics, thus the better look. Hyper Sonic wasn't there, thus Hyper Shadow could be yellow.

See now?

I guess I believe it. But how come Hyper Sonic and Hyper Tails and Hyper Knuckles all glow rainbow colors, but Hyper Shadow is just yellow like a Super Sonic?

It is not Hyper Shadow-- Sega does not make Hyper characters anymore. They just wanted to change his color in ShTH instead of the having him silver. Just like the prototype 3-D models of Shadow for ShTH had yellow eyes. Did that make him Super Ultra Mega Shadow because he had a color changed...?

although hyper shadow may sound better ( :P ) the correct term is super shadow.
he is called super because hyper is the next stage above that (like super sonic 2 or somthing like that)
There are only 2 hyper characters, sonic and knuckles this can be seen in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. And to do this you need to get the 7 Chaos Emeralds and then the 7 super Emeralds

and as you can see from the games he never gets all 14 emeralds :lol:
