Appearance:
Most people of Halloween town tend to think Jack has very handsome features. To most normal humans though handsome is hardly the word that would be able to describe Jack. He is very skinny, and tall. Like most of the residents of Halloween Town he looks like something right out of a horror movie. Jack is all bones, literally. He had no skin at all. All he is, is a bunch of bones connected together. He has no organs at all. His head looks like a beat up base ball it's white and lumpy. His mouth looks like stitches on a baseball. His eyes are nothing more but round black holes. You can see nothing in them.
Jack clothes usually consist of suits, and ties. He has a tie shaped like a bat tied around his skinny neck. The wins on the bat tie flip upwards, like it's flying. He wears a white T-shirt, and over that a back and white stripped button suit over it. The suit has long black, and white striped sleeves that cover both of his lanky arms. The buttons do not go all the way down to the bottom of the suit. They stop all most half way at the bottom of the suit. The shirt slits into two separate pieces of cloth that follow down his hips to the back his butt. He has a pair of plain, black, dress pants, that go all the way down to his ankle. On his feet he has black boots. His whole outfit as a whole makes him look like a butler for some rich family. t h e F I G H TWeapons: I'm sure he can throw a mean punch once in a while, which is what he usually does. He tends to use his fingers like claws, and slash his enemies.
Abilities:
Applause, Applause: This is a limit command that is used only with Sora. With the combo of Dance call, Downbeat/Synchronization, and Finale. During Dance Call Jack holds Sora in the air and Sora spins around rapidly damaging all targets in range. Then during Downbeat/Synchronization Jack and Sora both summon Jack-0-Lanterns that attack enemies in the area. For the Finale Sora and Jack land on the ground and preform a bow which summons laser lights that damage all foes in close combat.
Magic:
Blazing Fury: Jack has the ability to create pumpkins from flames. He sends these pumkins after his enemies. The pumpkins chase them around till the enemy is killed.
Icy Terror: Jack fires ice crystals at his enemies. This is used as a long range attack.
Bolts of Sorrow: Jack summons lightning bolts to target enemies on the ground. Another long range attack that does quite a bit of damage.

One way you can Describe Jack Skellington is very charismatic. People tend to follow him, and obey him. He has this uncanny ability to make anyone like him. The people of Halloween town follow jack more than they follow the Mayor of the town. The Mayor tends to ask Jack for advice, and help all the time. People Follow Jack with out questioning him. They even dubbed him the Pumpkin King to show is superiority in Halloween Town.
Even though Jack is very popular with the residents of Halloween Town, he isn't the type of person to let it go to his head. Jack is no where near the word arrogant. He is a very sensible, and nice person. He always helps when he can. He doesn't brag about how amazing he is. He tends to treat everyone equally, even him self.
Despite the fact that Jack is very popular, and a lot of people like him. He doesn't seem to have any actual friends. To everyone in Halloween Town he's more of a figure head, and someone to look up to, rather than someone to be friends with. Because of this is jack is a very lonely person. His only friend that he seems to have is a little Ghost Dog named Zero. He tends to tell all of his problems to Zero.
Jack also tends to get tired of things and the way they are. He is a very curious skellington. He would like to get out of the small world he lives in, and discover other worlds. He's always asking questions. If no one has answers for him he will go and seek out answers. He's the type of person that likes adventure, and likes to seek out new things. He gets annoyed with his boring and repetitive life in Halloween Town.
Jack is also a very head strong character. Once he gets an idea in his head, he does it. This tends to be one of his bad qualities. He doesn't think when he does things so this causes A LOT of problems for the people around him. When he doesn't think things all the way through he tends to mess things up, and destroy the order of Halloween town. Even though he does do this A LOT to Halloween town. He is always able to pick himself right back up, and gain the respect he has always had with the Halloween town residents. Jack isn't the type of person to just give up on things.
Jack is also a day dreamer, and a hopeless romantic. He dreams about other ways to live his life and other worlds that could be out there. He dreams of ways to make Halloween town a better place. And of having a one true love. Jack is a very corny, and mushy guy. He enjoys taking long strolls under the moonlight. He enjoys singing, and reading Shakespeare.
Jack has a very strong sense of justice. He is the type of person that will not stand for any wrong doing. Even though he doesn't have many friends. He knows the value of life. The people who are his friends are in very good hands. He won't stand for any form of injustice, or anyone hurting the people he cares about. Hurting anyone he cares about is one of the very few things that will make Jack mad. Jack in generally a very calm guy. He tends to just take things as they come. He isn't the type to just blow up at people. He thinks that having a calm disposition is better than being angry.
Even though Jack is pretty calm in the anger department. In the excitement department he isn't. Jack tends to get over excited about things very easily, everything amazes him, especially when he has a new idea. He also tends to over exaggerate things, and blow things out of proportion. Sally tends to be his conscience when he is going over board with something. Jack needs that small knock in the head to tell him that he is gone to far. To Jack there is no such word as the word 'impossible.'

(( I kind of threw in a little bit of Jacks Child Hood to give him more of a History. I know it's not canon at all so just tell me if you don't like it, and I can change it. Also I didn't describe the movie events just the game events since this is a Kingdom Hearts roleplay. Sorry if this Background is a bit suckish. I coudln't really think of much.))
Jack was pretty much born, and grew up in Halloween town. It has always been his home. When he was a kid he lived in an orphanage in the town. He never knew his parents, they dropped him off in front of the orphanage when he was a kid, and left town. Jack grew up in the Halloween Town orphanage, just like he is now he was always an extravagant and charismatic guy, the Kids in the Orphanage loved him just as much as the people in the Town love him now. He never let his bad situation get to him, he always stayed positive, and upbeat about things. As he got older this attitude followed him everywhere, people started loving Jack since he was so helpful in the town. The former Mayor in the Town asked Jack to help him with Halloween one year, it turned out to be the best Halloween in the Town. From then on Jack was known as the Pumpkin King.
Jack wanted to make the best Halloween ever for Halloween town. After completing one successful Halloween after another. Jack being...well Jack wanted to make a more exciting Halloween. Jack Came up with a plan to use the Heartless that have been showing up in Halloween Town for the next Halloween. He asked Dr.Finkelstein to make artificial hearts for the heartless so that they could show up, and dance the next Halloween, and make it a truly scary, and terrifying Halloween. Sally warned him about the plan that it didn't seem safe, and that it might put Halloween Town in danger. Jack being in the heat of the moment didn't listen to Sally's warnings, and went along with the plan anyway. As Sally had said, the plan back fired. The town became infested with Heartless that also wanted hearts. Lucky for Halloween Town Sora showed up, and helped Jack defeat the heartless that infested Halloween Town. Sadly though this wasn't the end of it. Oogi Boogie had plans to use the artificial hearts to control the heartless. Jack wasn't about to let this happen. He teamed up with Sora, to bring down Oogi Boogie. The two of them along with Donald, and Goofy destroyed Oogi Boogi, and brought Halloween town back to the way it was.
A year had passed in Halloween Town, and Jack is as pumped up as ever to make the best Halloween ever. Only problem is he doesn't know what to do. He had so many ideas but none of them seem right for Halloween Town. He wanted to do something great. While he was taking a walk in the forest trying to come up with ideas for another amazing Halloween, he came across five doors in trees in the forest. He found him self attracted to the Christmas door. He went right inside it, and what he found he was amazed with. He decided that for Halloween, Halloween Town should take over Christmas, for Christmas Town. Sora turns up again. At this point in time Jack doesn't remember Sora till he actually sees him again. All of his memories come back, and he is very happy to see Sora again. Sora helps Jack with trying to take over Christmas for a year, excited that he gets to meet the REAL Santa.
When they all go back to Halloween town there is something sinister going down. Presents are being stolen left, and right. Sora, and Jack decide to check it out, since Jack feels guilty about all of it. He feels that it's his fault that the presents are being stolen. They soon find out that Oogi Boogie is back is, and they must defeat him again to save Halloween Town and Christmas Town. After defeating Oogi Boogie, Jack realizes that Christmas Town is not for him to take over, and that the two worlds should not connect together. He leaves the town to go back to Halloween Town, and come up with another way to celebrate Halloween. On his way back he meets Sally, who is very happy to hear that he canceled his plans to take over Christmas. The two of them walk down to the cemetery, to come up with another way to celebrate Halloween.
Roleplay Sample:
The Mayor was a bit of a moron once in a while. Now Jack would never ever say this out loud. But he really was. The Halloween town fest was coming up in about a week, and the mayor had no idea what to do for it. And he decided to ask Jack NOW for some help. All Jack could do was smile, and give the Mayor an over exaggerated 'OF COURSE.' Jack loved Halloween Town. So he would do anything to help the place. Sometimes he loved it too much he just got bored of it. He wanted to do something new for Halloween Town. Most of his plans seem to fail though. The time he tried to take over Christmas didn't work to well either.
Jack sighed. No matter what he tried Halloween Town was always Halloween Town. He slowly made his way down the dark, and damp streets to the cemetery. There he could actually think, than in that busy town. He had a week to plan this fest, less than that try three days. They at least needed three days to try put everything together. What Jack didn't understand was why he wanted to throw a fest. It wasn't even Halloween yet. It was no where near Halloween actually. Jack pondered. Maybe the Mayor was getting married? Nah, that could have never been it. Who would marry the mayor in this town. When he finally reached the old cemetery, the first thing Jack did was call for a little help, and muse for this fest.
“Zero! Where are you boy?!” he shouted with his hands cupped around his mouth. If there was one person that could help him out with this little problem it was Zero. With the sound of his voice the small, and white little ghost dog materialized out of a tomb stone. He wagged his almost invisible tail, as he floated his way over to Jack. Jack smiled at the small dog.
“So thats where you were?How are you?” he asked the dog as he gave him a small pat on the head.
Zero always made the Pumkin King feel a bit better about the way things were going , and the cemetery always gave him sometime to think. Now all he needed to do was come up with a fantastic idea for the Halloween town fest. How about a circus of some sort? With Clowns, and balloons. He had read about them, and they seemed very interesting to him. But he wasn't sure it that was the best thing for a fest.
“What do you think of a circus Zero?” he asked the dog.
The dog just stuck his glowing red nose in the air, and cocked his head to the side. It was obvious that he had no idea what Jack was talking about. Jack just laughed, he didn't see that cock of the head as a 'I have no idea what you are talking about' thing, but as more of a, 'Why do that, when you can think of some thing better?' thing. And Zero was right. He could do something great, something amazing! Something no on in Halloween town has ever seen before. He thought for a moment, while zero stared blankly at him. AH HA! HE GOT IT! A masquerade! It was perfect it would be just like Romeo and Juliet! His large black eyes got wide with excitement! This was going to be the best fest ever!
“What about a masquerade?! What do you think of that!?” his voice full of excitement as he asked zero. Zero just responded to his excitement by getting excited him self. His tail wagged as Jacks adrenalin heightened. And that pretty much settled it. Jack raced his way out of the cemetery to tell The Mayor of his wonderful idea!
