After some discussion, the Moderators have decided to open the Spam Board to normal members. However, there is a catch.

All members with <50 posts are now part of the Newbie member group. The Newbie group is like the Member group, but they cannot change their titles and cannot view the Spam board until they get 50 posts and promote.

I am still in the process of moving all the members around (since all members of the Member group were converted to Newbies temporarily) so if you have >50 posts and are still a Newbie, fear not. However, if you find that come tomorrow, you are still a Newbie when you should be a normal Member, PM me, and I'll fix you up, because it just means that I missed you and didn't move you over.

UPDATE: All the moving is done, and I have double-checked the member list; nobody has been missed. This update is officially complete.
