Title: Supports
Exxucus - September 23, 2007 01:13 AM (GMT)
Okay, I have support tables, but how exactly are supports calculated? If you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Like, the number of turns?
Or the [affinity]X[affinity] bonuses?

FEP has a table. That's how I did my support bonuses.

Every affinity has a set bonus value. Like 0.5 strength. If the support is Fire x Thunder, then both units will get the bonus values of both the Fire and Thunder affinities. So if Fire gives 0.5 strength and Thunder gives 0.5, then both units will get 1 strength as a support bonus per support. Not to say that those values are accurate, though.

Isn't FEP's table incorrect? I seem to recall it saying that Ice gives Crt bonuses.

Is it?
That would be weird... Ice + crit doesn't make sense.
-runs off to check... eventually-

If it says that, it definitely is.
Hit and Atk are the two bonuses Ice doesn't give.
