Are you for racial segregation? Why or why not? Explain your reasoning for why it would be good or bad.

Racial segregation doesn't need to be forced. It happens enough anyways. People often cling to those like them.

Racial Segergation is bad stuff, it causes less wars then religons saying, "let's kill anyone not of our religon." but both cause big big big problems

Honestly, dude, don't make those crazy posts. I might not be a mod anymore, but seriously.

Anywho, I'm not for it because it's unnecessary. Why should races be split up due to that one fact? If you take away race, then there's no real controversial difference between anyone. There's no race of people that's honestly any worse than another, inferior to, or useless in comparison.

The only reason that there was really racial segregation, anyway, was because of, honestly, small differences. If that's the case, then all people might as well be split up from one another.

I'm definitely opposed to racial segregation, but I'm also opposed to the opposite thinking that people have. Races are different, but that doesn't mean they are inferior. Just the opposite sometimes. Back in the "olden" days of America, when racial segregation was encouraged, people took those differences to mean "inferior", and were very unwilling to change their mindset. Unfortunately, that mindset still exists today, and surprising to me, more so in the north than in the south.

But the opposite thinking is almost just as bad. We aren't all "equal", at least in the sense that people take it to be. We have equal rights and equal priviledges, but we have different roles and functions in society. The differences are minor, but they are there. In no way does that make them inferior, but we aren't equal in every way, in every sense of the word.
