He's talking about a different game. Look at the subtitle kanji. They aren't the kanji in Dark Dragon and Sword of Light at all.
Am I right to assume it is a hack? Chinese, maybe?

No, I'm not joking.
I'm keep repeating the stage where you have to go fight the Emperor (Ephraim path) because a certain troubadour keep getting killed during that stage.
And yes, it's in Chinese with some very delicious support conversation, however. XD

Actually, for the most part, it is known as Fire Emblem: Will of Good and Evil, and I know the patch is on Serenes.
The damn piercing Gwygilis made me give up on chapter 20. :(
