that's Rufus, new guy. From what I've seen he plays similar to Yun from Street Fighter 3.
Also I think I'm going to use Sagat and Rose mostly.

After playing with everyone. I like Bison, Honda, Balrog, and Rose the most. I refuse to play as a shoto just because of how many people use them online, especially Ken.
