The great knight looks good. The thief and Hector are a little simple, but it is always better to start out small. You should try to make the general's manakete wings more even. The bishop looks fine, but the warrior seems to have a few extra pixels on the top-left of his helmet.
Oh, and if you put the great knight closer to the mug and trim off any extra white space, your avatar might not be resized.

pretty basic stuff most of them aren't too shabby though. as Ice said above me. you need to work on the general's wings but not just evening them up. It looks like the wings are his shoulders, doesn't look right. and you should crop all that white space broski.
you need to work on the warrior's head, just as Ice Wolf said.
Mage headed general is okay. It think you should perhaps work on the shield more. Maybe you could replace it with a great knight shield?
you sniper on the horse needs some work, for real. obviously it looks weird that a sniper is standing up on a horse... also I see the cavalier's leg. you might wanna edit that out. lol snoipah standing on a horse with a disembodied leg.
final thing, you should upload your images on photobucket/imageshack/tinypic
