Nice work, (says person who sucks with mugs, but I have seen million times worse custom mugs) but my personal fav is Hitoshi... that hair :3
and about Shikuchi... mug looks good, owerworld sprites... there's no other hand in 'normal stands' and that battle sprite... blamblam... looks like he's missing his other hand in in one sprite, its very small :o... and it's shooting enemy's legs <.<
