Article I
Ranks and Authority
1. The Warlord of the Havoc Rebirth has absolute power in final decisions of all types.
A. Anyone may challenge the decision of the Warlord.
B. If a decision is challenged and 10% of the total clan agrees, then the matter will be voted upon.
2. Any member caught hacking or scamming another member in RuneScape or in the clan itself with full intent will be demoted or terminated.
3. Do not ask for a promotion. Leaders will recognize you if you are doing exceptionally well. The ranks of the are modeled after nobility. Ranks are gained by honor.
B. Staying active, helping other members, and exceptional abilities during certain clan events will heighten the chances of a promotion.
Article II
Havoc Rebirth Website
1. Those officially given permission to delete, change, or add code must not do anything that will hurt the clan or site in any way. Those officially given permission to delete, change, or add code and then use that power to deliberately hurt the site will automatically and indefinitely be demoted or terminated.
2. Spamming, that include's through the private messaging system, or any other such act will not be tolerated.
A. Those caught will be: 1) Warned. 2) Lose ability to send or receive private messages for a period of time. 3) Deleted.
3. Profanity is strongly discouraged.
A. Profanity in messages, boards, etc is strongly discouraged. Although it is tolerated, if it becomes too heavy or constant that it offends other members, the member using the profanity will be demoted or terminated depending on the member’s offense. Offensive language in signatures, along with images is prohibited.
4. Racism is not tolerated in any way.
A. Those who offend others with racist remarks will be demoted or terminated depending on the member’s offense.
Article III
Alliances, and Wars
1. Alliances
A. Alliances will be made only if 50% of all members agree and no more than 10% of the members disagree with the alliance.
2. Wars
A. The will enter into wars only if 50% of all members agree and no more than 10% of the members disagree with the war.
B. War requests from far superior, and far inferior clans will be disregarded.
C. Before considering a war with any clan, research will be done to help with the decision.
Amendment I
Havoc Rebirth Respect Amendment
All members must show respect toward other members and toward the clan in general. It is accepted for members to joke around in a seemingly derogatory manner so long as it is known by the target of the joke that they are simply joking and that it is noted in the post that they mean no harm.
Should a member take offense to a statement made by another member then they should immediately message a moderator or a leader.
Minimum punishment for first offense shall be a 24 hour posting suspension and possible demotion. Minimum punishment for second offense shall be a 5 day posting suspension and demotion. Minimum punishment for a third offense shall be automatic deletion. In very limited situations, clan leaders may decide to issue a reduced punishment.
Punishment will be determined by the clan leaders according to severity of offense and based upon discourse with both the offending party and the offended party/parties.
Havoc Rebirth Dispute Resolution Policy Amendment
Should any member take offense to or otherwise have an issue with another member of the clan, they should immediately alert a clan leader (Warlord, Overlord, Overlady, Advisor or equivalent) stating the issue. Members shall not attempt to solve disputes amongst themselves by way of the Bloody Hell Public Message Boards.
If members so wish then they may attempt to solve disputes amongst themselves by means of Private Message on this site. Any attempt to solve a dispute in private that is brought on to the Public Message Boards will be treated as a violation of this rule and of the Havoc Rebirth Respect Amendment as well as a violation of any other applicable Havoc Rebirth rules.
When a clan leader is notified of an issue then a Private Message shall be sent to the offending party notifying them to cease the actions that have brought about the dispute. Failure to cease said actions will be treated as a violation of this rule and of the Havoc Rebirth Respect Amendment as well as any other applicable Havoc Rebirth rules.
After the offending party has been notified, the clan leaders shall discuss the issue to decide what measures are in order. When the leaders have come to a decision regarding the issue, they shall notify both involved parties as to the conclusion. Judgments made by the leaders will be the final decision in these matters. These decisions may not be overturned in any way.
Abuse of this rule shall be considered to be a violation of the Havoc Rebirth Respect Amendment as well as any other applicable Havoc Rebirth rules.
Amendment IV
Activity
Any member going to be away from this clan for a month or more shall make an effort to let us know. A reason is not required, thought it would be good to give (contact through private means if you wish).
Any member whom has not notified the clan of inactivity for an extended period of time will have their rank reduced or be deleted as seen fit by the leaders. You may appeal this decision though the verdict after the appeal will be final.
