Title: Maybe Getting Fucking Evicted.

Zypher X - October 4, 2007 09:41 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I might not be around all too soon from now. Here we go if you want to know:

Got my GF - stayed at my Dad's for a few months to find a place.
Moved out into apartments in the dead-end town I (we) grew up in.
Moved North to another, more productive city.

Now, I didn't have a job at the time, but I had some cash saved up from when I was working prior. So anyway, we were waiting for the new town homes to be developed and completed for about a whole year. When we signed the lease, I was jobless, and didn't anticipate getting hired - you never know if you'll find work or not. So I checked that I didn't. We were pre-approved and approved AGAIN. Anyway, we needed cash to pay for a moving truck (which I had to drive - those are fucking nuts - I felt so suicidal driving it) - so I was forced to at least TRY to find a job for a month to get enough - I managed to get one. Go figure. So, I saved. I stopped working there about a week before the move, and then we signed our finalized papers. I didn't know if I could or not, but there was another branch of the same company in the new town, so I got lucky and was allowed to just transfer - had to hear back as to if there was room for me there. And we moved in and such - and after I started working (TWO weeks AT LEAST) after moving in, I told the office that I had gotten one. The staff changed ENTIRELY since then, and the head of the office THEN even came to my workplace while I was there once, and KNEW I had a job there. So NOW they're (mostly just this one HORRIBLE BITCH) trying to tell us that we breached our contract even though the other people KNEW and TOLD US what to do about everything. They told us that it didn't need to be reported (TWO DIFFERENT OFFICE PEOPLE AT THE TIME) until we were up for renewal. So, now we are, and I did. They've known that for over a few months now, and we've signed the new contract (and they KNOW I'm working) and now they're trying to evict us! I think I have enough proof to overturn "their" descision.

Notes:
* The CURRENT BITCH LANDLADY said that our rent would be $500+ fucking dollars when our ORIGINAL LANDLADIES said that when we moved in - and past pre-summer that our RENT WOULD STAY THE SAME DESPITE MY NEW JOB.

* My GF noticed this WHORE LAUGHING almost when she said that she "has to evict us".

* They've "LOST" our paperwork TWICE in the past 3 months.

* The WHORE had to casually "mention" that there were 4 other people on the waiting list "dying to get in".

* I figure they might be friends of hers or something?!

Now i wonder, what kind of BULLSHIT is this WHORE trying to pulll?
What do you think?!

LOL - Just minutes ago I got a call from her and she said, "Since niether of us have solid proof, this is what we'll do: We'll have to have you grab some applications on Monday when I'm back in and treat it as a NEW tenancy."

This is AFTER we've already signed our NEW lease for $157 (based on income brackets).

Still sounds fishy to me. - Still want to know what you think...

o.O Why does it even matter if you have a job or not? Rent is rent, right? As long as you have your copy of the lease, they shouldn't be able to evict you until it's up. o.O

But then again, they could make your life miserable even if you do stay :(

Right - I guess it's unanimous - I guess everybody thinks it's bull-shit.

I got alot of shit proving my version of the story - if they try to evict us in / out court - we've actually on a RENEWED lease right now - at the same rate as the original; based on the original, and she wants US to initiate CANCELLING that lease and basically START OVER by refiling APPLICATION FORMS (WTF?!) which usually cost $30, but she said they'd be free this time. BUT I forgot to ask about the $314 lease breaking fee. Since it would be US breaking it, it would technically be violation right? So, I figure this bitch is giving us the ultimate shaft - and AFTER (IF) we were to sign the "EVICTION" to "RESTART" she could LIE and just let 1 of the other 4 "PEOPLE in line" move in and force us out.

Smells like shit, acts like shit, I believe it's shit.
And I don't take shit - especially for somebody else's MISTAKE.

Tell her to screw off. If she pulls anything, you have evidence and she will likely get laughed out of the court room. If she keeps it up though, the lot of us are only a car/plane trip away and we will show her what for

May get to own my own double wide trailer home in this nice community not far from here. It's a 2000 model and would make a nice first home. Cost would be around just as much to stay where we're stuck ATM. Hopefully it happens. Otherwise I'm stuck signing a reagreement for $518 a month.

nomader - October 14, 2007 08:00 PM (GMT)
What do you mean a re-agreement? Is that moron still pulling crap?

Meh - either way - at least I got a home to pay for... I guess...
