Prontera Capital of all the human cities, and by far the oldest city of all human settlements. Here are the headquarters of all guilds (with the exception of the mages guild), as well as the main hub of politics in Midgard. Geffen Often referred to as the magic capital. Geffen is the location of the mages guild, as well as the great library, where scholars study the history of the world. Fayon The city of the constellations. It is here that the prophecies regarding the fate of the world are made, it is here that the power of the constellations is passed down from generation to generation. The city has a light garrison of soldiers, but it is almost completely unnecessary. If a true threat ever arose the ruler of Fayon would simply use the power of the constellations to defend the city. Alberta The greatest port city in all of Midgard. Alberta is the main nautical hub of the world, as well as possibly the only city to rival Prontera in terms of pure trade. Izlude The smallest of the “large” human cities, as well as the most recently created. It was founded by former soldiers who were considered too old or not skilled enough to serve in the Prontera garrison. Midgard Countryside The rolling hills, towering mountains, lakes, rivers, forests, and dunes, and well, anything else one can think of, make up this board. The countryside encompasses all the lands that are not part of the main cities of Midgard.

Svartálfheim The home of the Svartálfar, or Dark Elves. The city itself is completely underground, shielded from the sun’s rays. Most Svartálfar live here, as this is where their main government is located. The don’t require a garrison, as they have one of the most powerful defense mechanisms of all cities. The orb of Vanir, named after the gods who gave it to the Svartálfar as a gift. This orb will attack, and almost always kill, any intruders in Svartálfar on sight. Niðavellir Also known as the Dark Fields, Niðavellir is home to the Dwarves and a smattering of Svartálfar. The city is closer to mine shaft, as tons of dust and rock are kicked up everyday by the endless mining operations that are done under the city. Over the city is a dark cloud that blots out the sun, a result of the incredible amount of pollution created by all of the things Dwarves have done in their city.
