General impression (ie uptight, quiet, sexual, etc.):To the people that enter her family, Erica plays a mother figure to a tee. She is sweet and understanding of them, and will go out of her way to help them. The same can be said of most of those she meets in her job. To other families, however, she is sometimes seen as far too soft and a pushover.
History
Important family members:-
Family members in IFS:None yet
Vital notes on history (ie was a soldier, accidentally killed spouse, former opera singer, etc.):Erica was abandoned as a baby outside the door of the Lowell family. She was taken in by them, initially warily until they realised why she was left. She was unaware until she turned 18 and her parents told her. She tried to track down her biological parents, only managing to find her father who had moved to California, who explained her mother had refused to keep her once she realised her child had the same curse as her father. He invited her to stay with him, but to her the Lowells were still family, and she knew it was where she wanted to be. She became a social worker soon afterwards, wanting to help other children in the same situation as her, or even worse.
Brief (less than 500 words, please) sample RP of your character:
Erica walked into the Lowell household, dropping her bag onto the dining room table as she kicked off her heels, glad to have some relief from them. Her dress flowed around the ankles as she made her way over to the fridge, opening it with a frown (as well as a slight laugh) as she saw what was inside. Honestly. She’d invited a couple of boys to stay in the house for a few days – new wolves who were just coming to terms with what they were now – and already they seemed to be living on leftovers. She’d have to teach them better than that if they planned on living out on their own; hopefully they wouldn’t get themselves involved in all these family arguments that seemed to be arising lately. She shut the door, taking out some milk and made herself a coffee, taking a seat at the table, waiting for the other members of the house to slowly make their appearances. Tucking a strand of curly, brown hair behind an ear, she wondered what would happen to the child she had been dealing with today. She’d been called in after the school had noticed her going in withs cuts and bruises most days, and had reported her father to the social services. An alcoholic with a history of violence with his partner, she couldnt have possibly left the poor child in that sort of house. True, she was with her real parents, but sometimes she knew that didnt count. The family she counted as her own weren’t related to her biologically at all, but the bond she felt with them, the way they all treated each other, that was what a family was all about to her. She only hoped she had installed the same values in the people she met since becoming head of the household.
