i'm still thinking should i get diffusser and filter first or the vert grip? cz i haf only some money right now. advice?

Ask yourself: Which one I will use it more often? Do I really need it? Can I live without it?

Get something that you always use it else is kinda of wasting $$$ :D

A diffusser for the flash is a good item to have as it helps disperse light to make it less harsh. However, it is not a must have. Honestly, I hardly use my omni-bounce since I bought it.

A filter on the other hand is more practical.

I have to agree with Peter on this one..

A flash diffuser is really of no importance unless you use it on almost every trip you make together with your camera.

Depending on what filter you intend to buy, its usefulness and practicality can vary a lot.

The vertical grip - to me of course - is indispensable because I constantly shoot in a vertical format.

So it all boils down to what and how you shoot.

Ask yourself these questions:
1. Do I need a flash diffuser that much? How often will I be using it?
2. Will the filter benefit my photo-taking drastically or not?
3. Do I constantly shoot in a vertical format frame?
4. Which of the above items will I be using the most?

Of course there will be a few other questions that I missed, but that's the gist of it.
