I would like to organise an overseas trip to Bintan for interested members over the May Day holiday. Would like to use this post to get an indication of those who are interested for this. Details (still very sketchy) as follow:
Date: 1st May to 3rd May 2009
Estimated cost : $250 per pax (high estimate) excluding personal expenses
Ferry Tickets : Included
Accommodation: Included
Transport on island: Included
HIGHLIGHTS! (proposed)
- Mangrove boat tour
- Fireflies tour
- Walking on the beach at 3am, combing for turtle eggs (for conservation)
- BBQ dinner on one nite & maybe seafood dinner on the other?
- Lots of photo opportunities

We are more happy if there is possibility to reduce the price ;)
I think for group bookings we can ask the hotel to give special price right ?
$250 is including 3 times meal ?
I am fast because I am very enthusiastic hi..hi.
It's also a good chance to practice my new camera which I buy next week at Suntec :D

Haha...good try but it will not be possible unless we all swim there! The ferry ticket alone is $60 per pax. Don't forget there's still room for 2 nites, and also the transport plus arrangements for the night walk and mangrove tour...already a big big bargain if you put all these things in.
