Ooo... nice nice~*
though I am very afraid to play with white and flashes, not easy to get the skin tones very well.. but still hope to get close to these in the future.... Like the first picture very much... ^_^
I prefer the 2nd picture rather than 1st picture :D
These photo are taken in the studio right ?
And there is something missing in the 4th picture, I think

Thanks!
Well, this shot is processed from full colour... well, sharing a little on what I did - there's no flash fired for all photos. It takes a bit of patience to do it until it's almost blown - I'm pushing the envelope a little in these photos... :)

Thanks! Glad that you liked it...
Well, from the originals posted on Deviantart, people like the series randomly as well, like first, second, third, or two of them, or all of them... :)
And... surprise, the photo's taken outdoor.
And the fourth Photo is of another series... and this presents more of a departure from the usual guidelines, an expression, a play with white space... It's an experimentation with colour and effect.
For that piece, well more of my right brain is at work compared to that of my more logical left - it basically throws out whatever technicality that remains out of the door. The shot does leave me feeling that I'm hanging a bit, I love it, but I'm stumped somehow can't point out where... Probably, like you've said, it is indeed missing something... Perhaps... is it Love? ^_^
Yeah, that goes to say that even people who've shot for a while, do get stumped, and some of them are quite unable to explain it... :ph43r:
