Hi everyone,
I've a question which must had been asked a couple of times, but nonetheless here goes.
If I'm looking to protect my lenses and at the same time without degrading my picture quality, do I need to buy a high grade UV filter, those $70 plus type?
I haven't actually heard of anyone complaining about picture quality degradation through the use of 3rd party filters so far, so I doubt that you have to spend so much money on a filter you're planning on simply using to protect your lens. :)
Just buy the common brand such as Hoya UV filter.
I think for standard size such as 58 mm will cost you less than 50 bucks ?
Thanks Jeff & Isaac,
Initially went down to Cathay to get Hoya, but somehow got conned into B+W filter. I'm not complaining anyway. Thanks for the advice.
