135 mm ?
This a private shoot, isn't it ?
Previously I joined a group photoshoot using 105 mm lens, but I must stand far away behind to capture half body, and very far away behind to capture whole body. It's difficult to have a good shoot because too many people were standing in front of me.
I think 50 mm is the best for portrait in group shoot ?

Think he used either the 17-35 and 135 2.8.
Tiny lenses, big results. :) But aside from all that, it takes a good photographer to make these photos work, so kudos to bro shadow. :D

I like to get up close and personal with my subjects, so actually, a 35 1.4 on a full frame sensor would have been ideal for me because it gets me really up close, and communicate with the model directly, I know that with that - in a group shoot - I'd surely incur the wrath of everybody else, though I'd move away after taking my photos. :P

Thanx guys. The above pic were taken with 135 f2.8. Yes I need to stand way back.
I was also using the 17-35 too for my wide shots. Angel know best cos we were shooting along side. Not a private, but a group shoot.
Luckily my group of shooters are all our bros. So should any of them be blocking my view, I just shout 'Siam ah!' But all in all, they have been corporative. Love them lots.

Hmm 35 mm f/1.4 on a full frame sensor is equivalent with 20 mm on a cropped sensor body. I think I should get lens 17-35 f/2.8 !!
HoHo so ChaoxAngel and Shadow shoot together at the same time ! The teamwork should be fantastic ;)
