Title: Skeptic's Area
Description: Everyone benefits

Apologies if this has already been suggested.

Firstly, I am not skeptic and I wish to make that perfectly clear. However, in the shortish time I have been a member here, I have watched both self-declared and thinly disguised skeptics pose questions, many of which have actually been quite thought provoking.

Obviously there are those that simply join, fire a broadside of nonsense or abuse and then get banned, but as I said earlier, some are genuine people not up to speed with the latest TM thinking and consequently ask questions that both sides can benefit from.

This is just an idea, but I personally would like to see a dedicated skeptics' area where they could pose their own questions and not jump in to already open threads. This way, you could view the topic they wish to debate/get answered and either simply ignore the area or supply some answers.

I view this as benefitting every type of believer, the debunkers get a dedicated place to pose questions, regular members get a reduced tirade of 'daft' questions dropped into the middle of 'serious' threads and you have the opportunity of persuading non-believers of The Truth without alienating them. You also show to non-believers that they are welcome (until they cross the line of course), and you are up for sensible rational debate.

Those who deny the truth do not deserve a place on this forum.

Amen to that.

Non-believers deserve to be heard as well.

Otherwise, that makes the "truth-seekers" look as bad as the people the speak against.

One cannot make an informed descion only by listening to one side of a debate.
