This may seem like a minor point, but I think it's worth it. The correct quote is

And they made that decision to pull and then we watched the building collapse.”

Often the word "then" is missing. This is important because it shows a causal connection between "pull" and "watched the building collapse".

Does anyone have a name for the Fire Dept. Commander that the scumbag Silverstein actually talked to?
