Title: Citgo Video
Description: link to download.

Russell Pickering - October 4, 2006 03:36 AM (GMT)
Here is the .wmv 16 mb version of the Citgo video Judicial Watch sent me.

I will keep it active for a couple of days.

https://backup.filesanywhere.com/v.asp?v=%8Boh%8EYa%B5w%A8k

They also had a 156 mb version for Quicktime but it is very jittery for some reason. I feel this one is the best of the two.

P.S. Please don't distribute this link outside of the forum members. Once you get it you are obviously free to distribute it however you wish.

chucksheen - October 4, 2006 04:22 AM (GMT)
I think I've seen this crap before. Thanks.

Gee, they never responded to any of my emails [hmm]

Russ, I can give you a place to upload the Quicktime version. Will you?

Russell Pickering - October 4, 2006 12:42 PM (GMT)
I called them directly. They sent it out the same day.

Yes I will upload it for you. PM me where to.

Analyze the time after 4:43 on. Look for details.

jockser - October 4, 2006 03:46 PM (GMT)
i still dunno what im looking for
can you explain what im missing please?

JAStewart - October 4, 2006 03:52 PM (GMT)
I believe after 4:43 is either just before or just after the plane hits.

Why is half the video blurred out?

Russell Pickering - October 4, 2006 04:30 PM (GMT)
I will be starting a thread later today on analysis.

The bottom half of the video is blurred for employee and customer identification protection (like you could make them out anyway).

Here is the government mumbo jumbo.

Thanks for the video Russ.
My god it is so crappy...

720x480 is the resolution and the pixelation and blurring is horrible.

My opinion. The security camera clock is correct. and the static drop outs occur during the event.

If anyone wants the 160MB quicktime send me a PM and I'll give you a link.

Here's a screen grab at double size of 09:37:46

I don't know what we are supposed to see in this, but cars coming in and out of Citgo and others happily drving about on the freeway is all I see. Doesn't appear to show anything of any use.

Russell Pickering - October 4, 2006 06:35 PM (GMT)
Your welcome.

According to the the video clock start watching it carefully around 9:43:36.

That is 4:43 by the .wmv file time.

UnderTow - October 4, 2006 06:43 PM (GMT)
Russ, are you saying that the Citgo security camera clock is not accurate.

09:37:45-46 is impact.

Guussie - October 4, 2006 06:53 PM (GMT)
Could this be the reason why the commission wrote a different time to be impact time?

Didn't they mention it was at 9:43 instead of 9:37 too?

Absolutely nothing there. Six windows, and all I see is cars coming and going, and the very blurry clock. What is this supposed to prove?. [dunno] As there is no event whatsoever throughout the entire video, which is shockingly woeful quality, or is this supposed to be what you are trying to say?. [dunno]

UT,

It appears to indicate by the commotion of the people and all of the videos simultaneously going into action mode and then Lagasses backing out of there in a hurry to be that the video timer indicates around 9:43:46.

I will detail much more later as soon as I get through with a job I am working on.

If their timer is accurate then we have a different time for the impact or their timer is wrong. I don't know.

One thing is for sure - if you go by their timer the people in between 9:37:44 and rushing to the window and out the door etc. had a very slow reaction.

9:40. The commotion started around 9:40 and 40 something seconds. The video ends about a half a minute later. When it does, the clock shows 9:41:14. Unless you're talking about some other clock. The only clock I see is at the top. The one that shows the time on the left and the date on the right.

It reads like this: 9:41:14 09-11-01.

Where do you get 9:43?

Russell Pickering - October 5, 2006 05:12 AM (GMT)
Avenger,

You are correct. It is 9:40:37 everything starts according to the Citgo video clock.

It is 4:43 .wmv file time. I am going to primarily use the Windows Media Player clock that shows how far into the video you are.

Does this show on everybody's player? WMP 10?

Sorry.

The only thing I can see getting out of this video is if there are extra people that weren't reported in the gas station or outside. Witnesses that may be contacted that haven't been or corrolation between witness stories compared to what we see. That's about all I can think we could get out of this.
