Title: Warning Meter? That's New
Description: What does it mean...

JAStewart - July 12, 2006 06:53 PM (GMT)
Just wondering? mine says 0% anyway..

Guile - July 12, 2006 06:55 PM (GMT)
I don't get warnings, I get suspended really really fast.

CanadaWantsTheTruth - July 12, 2006 07:00 PM (GMT)
Yeah, what is that about?

Guile - July 12, 2006 07:05 PM (GMT)
Oh, wonderful, I'm at 100%, THANK YOU MODS

Hmmmm

Haha, "had enough of this asshole", wonder which person that was? Stop being pussies and show who is giving the warnings.

LondonEye - July 12, 2006 07:07 PM (GMT)
Don't worry...

We had a few complaints off users saying that they were unaware that they had been warned prior to suspension.

If you're good members and not troublemakers... you have nothing to worry about ;)

The info has always been there, just invisible and you can only see your own, no one elses !!!

Hope this explains...

If enough people don't want to see it. I'll revert it to "invisible" again.

All the best

No b'y; works fine for me... unless I get warned for being a troublemaker and then I'll be pissed. Just kidding.

Guile - July 12, 2006 07:09 PM (GMT)
I like how mine magically appears after this thread.

Hey Guile, I don't agree with you most of the time but you're a hard guy to fiqure out. I like you more and more the more of your posts I read. Don't let Xtratabasco read this... and don't mistake that for a come-on :P

Can you handle the transparency?

Like I've said before we could do well with the next IPB upgrade to 2.1.6. I think they have better user tracking/management.

Once it happens we will be happier.

This version (touch wood) has been quite robust mind...

I cannot remember any significant downtime since February.

That must also be considered...

Let the BB pioneers iron out the bugs and security holes first ;)

Plus "invisionfree" call the shots !!!

What's this warning meter under my name?

chucksheen - July 13, 2006 03:04 AM (GMT)
It means you are a good boy. :P

Sanders - July 13, 2006 03:52 AM (GMT)
I'm the only one with a visible warning meter. Does that mean I'm the only good boy? Or is it only viewable by me ??

Seems like an overall bad idea to me.

Guile - July 13, 2006 07:57 AM (GMT)
Viewable to you only. Mines at 100% [whistle]

broodlinger - July 13, 2006 11:33 AM (GMT)
I just noticed Pablo, with 463 posts, has been banned.

I'm not big on banning people. Pablo will just create a new username and you will have to watch him all over again.

Can we get a consensus on who is running this board? Anonymous?

This board is run by folks that are trying their best to get to the bottom of the REAL tragedy of 9/11.

Pablo was banned for a reason that he is aware of, if he comes back as a new incarnate and not troublemaking, then he'll be ok.

Hope this explains.

Hi THE DECIDER...

0% means you are not subject to any warnings...

everyone has one... see above and read my posts, come back if you have any further questions.

even a "saint" would be on "0%"

Hey Guile,
Your recent link to the high res pics prompted me to adjust your level.

How does it look to you now ? ;)

[cheers]

Guile - July 14, 2006 01:58 AM (GMT)
0% is damn sexy!

telecasterisation - September 9, 2006 10:15 AM (GMT)
Just a suggestion, but if you consider that people who go to prison get reduced sentences for good behaviour. If you have some red on your meter, this should be removed (or reduced if you have a lot), for extended periods of non-'offence'.

This might prove an incentive for some of the more volatile members to cut down on rash uncontrolled moments.

kelda - September 21, 2006 01:33 AM (GMT)
I would like that.

Seems at 1%, you're not allowed to participate on the 'Debate' forum.
I hope that's not permanent.
