Following the success of the July 7 operation the US is keen for the next Op to be in the UK, the plann is as follows, A popular newspaper run by the Murdoch empire will be offering cut price or maybe even free tickets for Eurostar in the run up to christmas, this is when the knock will happen.

i dunno about all that ... i just say keep an ear out for up coming "drills" they seem to like having drills of attacks as they happen. not sure how much longer they'll be able to keep up that bs, but still seems to be a key tactic they use in order to cause confusion.
