Ive played WFRP, Vampire: Masquerade, Neon and lots of other rpg:s, but Ive never played DnD.

Maybe its time to give it a shot!

So sign me up.

It doesnt really matter to me what day we play/

MinionHashOne - April 4, 2007 01:19 PM (GMT)
Well it looks like iv got enough players to start. If everyone is free this saturday or sunday then i would like to have an organisational session so we can sort out our meeting times and the like. Pm me if you need a ride coz my bro is in town and is willing to do some pickups. If not then tell me what day would be better for you and ills ee hwta i can do about arranging this thing.

stawberi - April 4, 2007 01:40 PM (GMT)
That sounds cool for in future, pity you're starting this weekend. Stupid work and essays and stuff...

Actually... just a point of advice. Be careful organising pickups this weekend and stuff. It's Easter, and traffic should be a nightmare.

joseph - April 4, 2007 03:06 PM (GMT)
damm .. am i too late ? got another spot free ?

Kimmy - April 5, 2007 01:23 AM (GMT)
Yeah is there any more room? I bring my own drinks?

MinionHashOne - April 5, 2007 03:34 PM (GMT)
Well if im feeling super confident after my organisatoinal session i may start a second campaign. Oh btw house rule, you drink, you crash (stay the night). I limit my campaign groups to 5 players and myself.

I have written my own campaign so i am more than willing to have 2 parties running around in it. So if i have the numbers for a second party i more than likely will run it.

And yes i will appreciate any help people are willing to offer

I am working on the weekends and I have always always desired to have a go at DnD.

Sigh.

etimodnar - April 6, 2007 03:05 AM (GMT)
Oh! Is there room for me for the Saturday campaign?!?!?!

I want to come! I've never played DnD, and I have to, and there's no time for me on Sundays. But not this saturday. But I can next saturday.

I WILL COME IF YOU LET ME!!! every week too! :D

stawberi - April 6, 2007 03:07 AM (GMT)
I am so in, if you decided to start a second campaign. That is, if you'll tolerate a newb like me. :P

I think Kimmy might mean soft drinks. :P

Kimmy - April 6, 2007 04:16 AM (GMT)
I don't drink and drive. I just bring lots of bribery.

If you need any help though with stuff I'm happy to. I can GM Ruleslawyer or munchkin if I have to. Or just Ropeplay and have fun.

And if Strawberi is in, I so want in! ^_^

MinionHashOne - April 7, 2007 03:11 AM (GMT)
Hmm okay, well is everyone free next friday at around 12?

what i will do is have everyone that wants to play come to my place. There i will divide you into parties. Then we will sort out meeting times days ect.

I also have a second character info sheet i want every one to fill out and give me a copy of.

(If you cant make friday day, pm me and i will put you in a party and notify you of time and place. )

Calladan De Dannan - May 19, 2007 03:43 PM (GMT)
There has been a major expansion of the Champions of Freedom website.

I have done the journal entries for the last four sessions (two sessions for the west party and two sessions for the east party) and also added the first parts of the Book of Ergo. You have to read the last journal entry to understand the significance of the Book of Ergo.

Probably the most fun thing I have added have been the latest quotes for the Champions of Freedom. However, in the Book of Ergo are six years (real time!) of quotes from my time in the Champions of Fate campaign.

Ergo -
"Short of stature, tall of power
Narrow of purpose and wide of vision"
- From the movie "Krull"

The Champions of Freedom website has been updated again. I have split the journal up into individual entries and added a couple.

There is now also an entry on battle strategy.

Enjoy!

The Champions of Freedom website has been updated again, including the "quotes" section. The last journal entry has some *new* information for players regarding the overall story arc.

Mid June:
City of Cardan: Journal Entry Update

The Champions of Freedom website has been updated.

More quotes, more exciting action!

Please ignore any spelling mistakes, these new entries were written with Bacardi (not literally, but you get the idea).

stawberi - June 15, 2007 02:36 PM (GMT)
Just one error so far, the quote was actually "it sounds like he was christened in a cave with an echo". (because the name had a repeating syllable)

Calladan De Dannan - June 16, 2007 08:15 AM (GMT)
Axxon, Sate, Liesen, Suvr - this is of interest to you.

I have added one more journal entry - Number 15 - "Plan of Attack".

This has to do with the impending story arc of the overthrow of the Pirate Empire (payback and looting! Er, I mean, liberation of the isles and the redistribution of resources) but it also has to do with potential future paths for your characters.

Let me know next session I'm in Perth if you're interested.

Regards,
Calladan

Calladan De Dannan - June 16, 2007 08:16 AM (GMT)
I also fixed the quote

Calladan De Dannan - June 30, 2007 08:16 AM (GMT)
Ok, another "Champions of Freedom" AD&D campaign update posted.

Almost all of the gods are dead and we totally rewired the magic in the universe.

More quotes posted as well.

Cheers,
Calladan
