I don't know, there may be some dedicated Trekkians here...that might actually pay attention for once. Maybe. Possibly. In some parrallel universe. And I can't spell parallel.

Never really got into Star Trek and Stargate is meh.

Guess starwars is my favourite, of course thats ignoring 3 movies.

While star wars is cool and groundbreaking, trek has endured over quite alot longer time, and until recently still had spin-offs being made. certainly the more prolific of the fandoms (be that for good of bad as you see it)

Personally I like the variety of offerings that the different series have given us, even if some of them have been pretty average tv, they've still been a hell of a lot better than the general crap we find on free to air!

now if there was to be a decent star wars spin off series, like maybe covering some of the better series of books... then my opinion might change.

and if i read any of the trek books, my opinion might change again :)

Stargate was nice and entertaining, but nowhere near the same league as either of the others

heh, yeah ignoring the prequel trilogy. they sacrificed plot for shinies. bad idea.

anyway, trek just never really interested me. and gate, as stick said, wasn't anywhere near the same level as the other two.

Star Trek .. still good (i liked some of the spin offs)
Stargate ... good untill season 7 (or was that 6) but then got good again .. now its just farscape with 2 different characters .. Kryten and Eryn from farscape are in stargate .. its amuses me
