Rock School: A documentery about this guy in Philly who teaches young (7-17) kids how to play rock and roll. As far as gripping documentaries go I wouldn't say that this is too great, but it deals with a subject matter we all enjoy. He gets all the kids to stop liking "Sheryl Crow and 311" and start liking Frank Zappa. And he gets the job done pretty well. Trying to teach some teenagers how to play the hardest Zappa songs possible. (and black sabath, and santana, and more) Plus there is this 12 year old who can shred the guitar like a mother-bitch. The movie is a "MUST SEE" 4.3 out of five.

Coming soon: "Click" and the very very much antisipated "A Scanner Darkly"

I've seen rock school and it is pretty cool. Watching that little ass kid play some insanely hard zappa licks is pretty ridiculous.

I rented A Scanner Darkly a long time ago and couldn't even make it halfway through. I'm definitely interested in another opinion.

I only made if halfway through also. Can we get a third opinion?

Actually I will probably finish it sometime but it hasn't been too good so far.
