So the movie Hot Fuzz is made by and stars the same guys from Shaun of the Dead and seeing how I absolutely love that movie I had very high hopes for this one.

The movie fell a little short of my expectations from the comedy standpoint. This could very well be due to the fact that I was going on 6 hours of sleep combined from the past two nights which always blunts my sense of humor. It's typical british comedy where if your on point the one liners are endless and very funny. I am definitely going to rent this one again when it comes out on video and maybe have a few drinks while watching.

Anyways the movie culminates into this long action sequence at the end of the movie that takes you a bit by surprise and really makes the ending something to watch. Overall I would give it a 3.25 out of 5 but I think once I give it a second chance when I'm more well rested it could move up in the world.

Nobody else give this one a chance?
