Getari walked up and down the market place alleys trying not to get much attention to himself. He had his hood over his face and made no movement to any of the shops. He looked back to Tyrus and gave him a serious look. "So you have any ideas on how to start this mission?" Getari asked while still walking down the alleys.

Tyrus thought over a plan of action. "We'll play the businessman route. We'll get in touch with one of your contacts. He'll approach one of the suspect families from Zhu's Communion with a legitimate business deal from my business, a wholesale supply route."

"You see, these families have sunk a lot of money into the colonisation venture. I'll offer them a lucrative transportation arrangement supplying their community with all sorts of goods. It's attractive since it's an instant return and has long term benefits for their initial investment. This will bait them in to seeing us and we'll be transported right into Zhu's Communion."

"There's a danger that the house that accepts our proposal is the target. We'll be on our own but I'm confident we can handle it. We'll just have to hold out and contact the others."

Getari nodded at Tyrus's plan of action and stopped walking, showing he wanted Tyrus to lead. "It is your idea Tyrus, I believe you should lead the way." Hetari said with a smile on his face under his cloak.

Tyrus beckoned Getari to follow. "Follow me."

Picking their way through the alleys, they soon found themselves outside a warehouse bustling with activity. Tyrus spotted a salarian and waved him over.

"Vash! How are you doing?"

"Tyrus! What brings you out here to this planet? I thought you would be back on the Citadel playing with your weapons."

"Business, my good friend. I'm expanding my interests. Meet Getari Hesh. He runs my new transportation wing. We're interested in dealing with Zhu's Communion as a potential market, since you've cornered Zhu's Hope."

"Hmm... Zhu's Communion, you say. You'll have to speak with one of the three families running the place. Come into my office, we'll talk more."

Vash walked over to a small building nearby.

Tyrus messaged Getari. "He doesn't know I'm Espada. Play up your gruff smuggler side and hint at your ability to transport anything without being discovered. That will attract the family we want. Feel free to negotiate with him."

They followed after Vash.

Getari gave a quick chuckle at the message and continued to walk behind Tyrus. "Well that should be fun. I have been waiting for my chance to get to my old brash self again. Get ready for something crazy." He continued to go ahead and follow Tyrus into a large building. Getari smiled thinking of what could happen here. He began talking to the family in the building. "Ok guys you go ahead and give me whatever you need me transport and I will get it there." Getari said with a smile on his face.

Tyrus expanded on Getari's claim. "We're proposing a straight transport supply run. Getari is providing the organisational knowledge while I'm providing the initial capital and personnel."

Vash looked someone concerned. "You're not trying to undercut my market, are you Tyrus? You're the only turian I know who can pull off that sort of thing."

Tyrus waved his dismissively. "Expanding into new commodities is beyond my scope since I have no experience. But what I am good at is providing the logistics to transport goods. I'm aiming to tap into Feros as it grows. Zhu's Hope is already an established colony so it makes it hard to break into. Zhu's Communion offers a chance to get in early."

Vash looked thoughtful. "It's a sound plan except for the fact that you'll have to approach the three families that operate Zhu's Communion. They already have there own arrangements."

"I've done my research, Vash." said Tyrus. "These families didn't invest in the colony just for a capital return. They wanted a base of operations in this region. The problem is that due to the events of the Thorian and ExoGeni, the Systems Alliance keeps a close eye on everything that goes on here."

Tyrus leaned closer. "Getari and I can provide a transport arrangement without the scrutiny of the Alliance. We need you to set up a meeting with at least one of the families."

Vash nodded. "I owe Tyrus, so I can do that for you. I have contacts with the family known as the Merovingians, a human family from Earth. They would be the family to make use of your "services". But before I can set up a meeting, I need to know how capable are your crews."

"I believe Getari can handle that." Tyrus waved Getari over.

((feel free to roleplay Vash asking questions. Stuff like past experience and items you can procure.))

Getari continued to follow Vash to the families house so that this exchange could start. He came to the large house that held the one of these high end families for the job they needed to start this job. Before Vash could say anything Getari practically got into his face. "Alright Vash you do your part and get us a meeting with these people while me and Tyrus wait here for you." Getari then sat down on a nearby bench and awaited Vash's return.

Vash opened and closed his mouth silently like a goldfish, unable to comprehend the abruptness of Getari. He turned to Tyrus and whispered incredulously, "He does know that this is just their summer home in Zhu's Hope and we need to get into Zhu's Communion first?"

Tyrus gave an apologetic shrug. "He is excellent in space, just geography annoys him."

"Well, tell him that we have a small aerial transport awaiting us to take us to the Merovingian's compound. It's this way."

Tyrus beckoned Getari to follow. They all got into the small craft strapped themselves in. It was a quick fifteen minute trip. During which, Tyrus and Getari received a message from Neo.

"We have a location, suspects, and potential motive. We'll go check it out, and let you know if it's legit."

Vash landed them at the Zhu's Communion dockyards, just short of the Merovingian house. "I'm afraid that this is as far as I can take you." he apologised. "I don't have their permission to land directly. I must get back to my warehouse. Here's a pass for one of the land transports here. Now I must go." The Salarian took off rather hurriedly.

Tyrus turned to Getari. "This is bad. Something has Vash spooked. Do we check out the Merovingians or go after Neo and Alex?"

Getari looked around the dock then back to Tyrus. "I think we should look for Alex and Neo. No telling what kind of bad things are around this area. If our cover is blown then they might just go after the groups further down the area then us. We need to see if they are safe otherwise we could mourn the loss of one of our own by day's end." Getari looked around the area and noticed a couple dirty looks from several of the dock hands. He hoped that none of these men had a problem with them being here.

"First, let's find that transport Vash gave us the key for. We'll secure our exit then move from there. It should be near here."

A quick search led them to small dock warehouse. It was shut up tight but the door unlocked for the pass they were given.

"It seems too quiet. Best be on your guard." Tyrus remarked as he opened the side access door.

Getari looked around and agreed with Tyrus. It was as if the area around him was completely shrouded in a bad vibe. He entered through the door and looked around. Every single worker had turned to see them and it looked as if they were ready to kill. "Obviously we are not going to be that popular around here." Getari said in a low voice to Tyrus.

"We've been set up." Tyrus growled. He was furious at himself for trusting Vash. The sneaky salarian was going to be pulp the next time Tyrus saw him.

The workers weren't wearing any guns, but they did have an assortment of crowbars, arc welders and plasma torches. They were approaching them slowly, brandishing their tools menacingly.

"I'll take the ten on the left. You take the eight on the right." Tyrus told Getari. "Keep one alive for questioning and watch no-one else comes along with a gun."

Tyrus pulled out his silenced HMWP with his left hand and kept his right hand on his sword hilt. The workers, seeing the movement, tried to charge him. He responded by pushing three of them back with a biotic throw and took one down with two shots from the pistol. The man rippled as a kinetic barrier activated before becoming overwhelmed.

"They have shields!" Tyrus shouted out before flicking his sword on, just as the first worker got close enough to swing a crowbar down.

Getari rushed himself at the men and began throwing punches and kicks at the men. When finished with a round house kick Getari pulled out his sword and began slicing his way out of the circle of men. The shields were a problem for a moment until he tripped the last two conscious men and stabbed one on his way down. The last man on the ground tried to get away but Getari put his foot on his back as he was crawling away. "Got your live one here." Getari said as he looked back at Tyrus.

Tyrus picked up a plasma torch and leaned down next to the pinned worker. He activated the torch and the man flinched as the concrete floor next to his face began to bubble and char from the intense heat.

"Now then. Here's how things work. You are going to tell me who you work for and who ordered you to attack us. You lie, you burn. Understood?"

The human nodded carefully, not wanting to get any close to the sparking plasma torch.

"We work for the Merovingians. We were having a drink at a bar when a man approached us with some work for a lot of money. We were to beat dead whoever came into the warehouse, make it look like a dock brawl. You guys came in early."

Tyrus turned to Getari. "Vash must have expected us to visit the Merovingians first. Looks like they were being set up." He turned back to the worker. "Who was the man and did he know Vash the salarian?"

"The man's name is David Swarzch. He's a weapons merchant. I don't know who Vash is but if he knows David, it will be through the trader's circle that's set up by the three big families here. They run everything here. Information, goods, people, you name it."

Tyrus stood up taking away the torch to the man's relief. "Getari, you decide what to do with him. I'll message the others."

Tyrus broadcasted to the others.

"Ambushed, has been dealt with. No injuries. Assailant ID'd one David Swarzch as employer. Confirmed presence of David being a member of probable black market ring. Possible collusion in said ring between all three suspect families. Possibility of internal rift between families. Proceed with caution. Exit route secured. Mako inside warehouse B-13, dockside."

Getari looked as Tyrus walked away and looked back at the man at his feet. He picked the man up and looked at him in the eyes. He let go of the grip he had on his collar and looked as if he was walking away. He took two steps and pulled out his blade, beheading the man in one slice. He sheathed his sword and looked back at Tyrus. He shrugged at him. "Hey he would have done something wouldn't he?" Getari asked his partner jokingly.

Tyrus was about to facepalm but realised that he would have done the same anyway. He merely shrugged and replied, "One less thing to worry about. We'll secure the Mako and leave it here as an escape route."

"From here, we'll infiltrate the Merovingian building, find out if there in on the black market ring and see if they're being betrayed by the group. No covers or false identities. Just a straight up sneak job."

Getari's face practicaly lit up as he heard the words sneak and mission used side by side. He began rubbing his palms together and smiled so much his face was practically gone. "You just grabbed my intrest Tyrus. Let's get this started my friend. Last one there is a rotten Rachni egg!" Getari began running to the direction of the Merovingian building.

This time Tyrus did facepalm. He looked up at the ceiling and asked, "Why me?"

He walked after Getari with no intention of running after him. It was far less conspicuous and it conserved his energy. He soon reached the Merovingians where Getari was waiting for him. Tyrus took the opportunity to survey the building estate.

The building itself was in the style of a french renaissance mansion, which spoke of the owner's origins. Around it were meticulously maintained gardens, containing a variety of local and imported flora and on closer inspection, a series of nasty anti-intruder systems. To top it off, it was surrounded by a ten foot high wall brimming with turrets and cameras.

It was an easy job.

"Getari, we'll do a bait and sneak. I'll distract them on the south side while you get in from the north. Keep an eye out for the surveillance, just use your jammers to get past."

Getari didn't even nod to acknowledge Tyrus's plan. He began running towards the wall and rolled out of the way when a camera turned his way. He used his jammer and began climbing the wall as he noticed no real major threats on this side of the building. 'Must want to make things look not so suspicious for police authorities.' Getari thought as he climbed down the wall and continued his mission.

"When this is over, I'm going to punch Getari in the face." Tyrus said to himself. "Then I'm going to punch Ethan for dragging me all the way out here."

Deciding on a different tack, Tyrus climbed over the wall and followed Getari at a distance covering his back. The two picked their way up to the house avoiding the cameras and the occasional guard. They were soon up against the building.

Getari looked around next to the building and smiled. Nothing he hadn't faced before was here. This was almost too easy for it to be a black market dealer. He began looking for a window to climb through. He found one and already began climbing up to it. He looked down at Tyrus and gave an exagerated annoyed look. "You coming up or not Tyrus?"

Tyrus shook his head. "We'll cover more rooms if we split up. I think I saw a service entrance round the back. You take the first floor. I'll take the ground floor and try to disable the security systems. Keep in touch over the secure comms."

Tyrus moved to the building corner and peeked round. There were no guards or cameras looking. He motioned for Getari to move up and in.

Getari shrugged as he entered the window and proceeded into the building. He suddenly could here some explosions next to him outside the area. He looked and saw a krogan and what looked like Ethan. Getari began speaking into the comm link he and Tyrus had set up. "I think I just found Taql and Ethan. At least we know that they are safe." Getari said as he continued down the long hallways in the building.

"Ethan and safe are not two words to be used in context to each other." Tyrus replied back.

He was outside a cellar window, surprising not covered by any sensors. The metal bars across it may have been the reason why. Drawing out his sword, Tyrus flicked into its knife form and slowed sliced through the bars. He made a gap large enough to fit through and slid inside into a storage area. Around him were row upon row of wine bottles. Curiousity got the better of him and Tyrus picked up one of the more expensive ones that was inside it's own individual protected cooler.

"Romanée Conti Pinot Noir. If I'm not mistaken, this is quite expensive." he said to himself. Pocketing the sealed container that held the bottle, Tyrus examined the room further and found an alcove that had a security terminal.

"Excellent."

Tyrus pulled out a device that hooked onto the terminal. It was a security cracker that automatically hacked networks, disable sensors and loop security footage.

He messaged Getari. "Security has been hacked. You have free movement now."

Getari got the message and began his trail into the hallways. He looked around trying to find where exactly this David guy would be and he wanted to get this done as soon as possible. He went down what looked to be a hallway that seemed to be leading into a bedroom. He entered the room and found it empty. He looked out a nearby window and saw what looked to be his target escaping into an underground bunker. "That sneaky David bastard just snuck out and went into the underground bunker around your position. Can you get to him Tyrus?" Getari asked as he began looking for an exit.

"David captured. Alley approxamitely .5 kilometers from your position. Possible duplicates in the area. Caution required, Volus tagged to frequency 3.8837. End message."

Tyrus was confused as hell. Getari had spotted David but Alex messaged in that they had him.

"Say again, Getari. Confirm suspect identity."

There wasn't much time to think about it as a door slammed against a wall somewhere nearby and slammed shut again. Whoever this man was, he was approaching Tyrus quickly.

He drew his HMWSG X. It was time to stop playing games and get some straight answers.

Getari got the message from Alex and looked at it with disbelief. He could have sword he saw the target flee into the bunker no more than a few floors beneath him. Getari then saw another hall and began to run down it. He saw a large metal door that was sunken into the wall. He entered the room and stopped immediately in his tracks. The room wasn't a short cut to the bunker as he thought. It was a cloning room. Getari pulled out his omni tool and began recording the area. "Guys I think you should check this out. We may have more than one target here." Getari said as he began streaming the video to all his team members.

Tyrus caught the feed but had no time to review it as he began stalking the man in his vicinity.

As he approached a corner, he could hear footsteps approaching. He pressed up against the wall waiting for the target. One step. Two steps. Three. There!

The man rounded the corner and stopped in surprise at Tyrus. He recovered quickly and went for his gun but Tyrus didn't allow that. His implants flared as he slammed and pinned the man against the wall with his biotics.

This was short-lived as his biotics cut out all of a sudden.

"Damnation! A damping field!" he thought to himself. He dropped down as a slug zinged past his head into his kinetic barrier. The shotgun kicked against his shoulder as he fired back.

The man went flying around the corner as his shields took the impact. Tyrus pressed forward but ducked back as a hail of slugs impacted on the far wall.

"Why doesn't the idiot stay down!" he snarled.

Getari was still recording the room as he came across a computer. He began to hack the system and found lots of information regarding their target. It took him awhile but he finally got the info he needed, to know where the guy was hiding out. He began sending the info to Neo. "Hey Neo you might be intrested in this information about our target." Getari said through a closed comm link.

The shooting stopped and Tyrus ran after his quarry. The man was running for the exit shooting wildly over his shoulder. Tyrus fired his shotgun one handed as he drew his sword in the other. The blade flowed out like quicksilver.

The target got to the door well ahead of Tyrus and slipped through. Tyrus could see door starting to close. Just as he got to it, it slammed shut but not before he drove his blade straight into the metal. There was a gasp on the other side and the blade shuddered.

Pulling out his sword, Tyrus kicked the door open and the remains of a body-double went sprawling along the floor. The blade had went into his chest and the weight of his body made him slide down the edge in two parts. It was quite messy.

"Getari, set some remote explosives but don't activate them just yet. We're meeting up with the others."

Reaching down, Tyrus extracted a DNA sample. Sealing for later, he went to place det packs hidden all over the room. he then snuck out and made his way back to the others.
