Biography: Simeon was born and raised in a London home, the megatropolis filling him with a lust for adventure. He had an uninspiring childhood, mostly involving the cutting of school and theft of items. During his third reprimand to military school, Simeon was inspired by the story of one Dr Chakwas to join the Corpsmen. Graduating top of his class with special expertise in alien physiology and AI, Simeon was involved in several major skirmishes in the traverse, earning several commendations on his courage, and more for his excellent skills with diplomacy and words.. He was eventually assigned to the Council's Gambit, both as Ships doctor and interspecies negotiator. He is generally found in his office, and has an open door to all races, even geth and Batarians, if need be.

Biotic Skills: While Simeon is a relatively weak L3, he can control his powers at a ridiculously minute level. He has previously removed tumors and foreign objects from bodies using his lifting and warping biotic skills.

Personality: Simeon is a comedian, pure and simple. Often referring to himself as 'the king of bedside manor', when faced with a patient intimidated by his knowledge, he will dumb himself down, downplaying his expertise in favor of the 'Stupid people' act. Otherwise, he is a rzor sharp wit, complete with a bubbly personality and a willingness to help.

Simeon has shown signs of MPD and overbearing Superego and Id. He has been known to lose control to them on occasions of deep stress and no control, I.E traumatic situations, but not surgery.
