Biography: Young and still pretty unexperienced turian C-Sec agent. He has just been recruited and he is still eager to learn. Both of his parents died in a mercenary raid on their homeworld. He grieved a long time and joined a small turian trade vessel and spent there 2 years. But like his father he eventually enlisted to C-Sec. He knew the risks but is willing to sacrifice himself for any of his associates. He needs still very much training on biotics allthough his combat skills with a shotgun or a pistol are remarkable. He acts for the good of all other races and is willing to make hard decisions if it is necessary. A loyal and dutiful member of C-Sec and is willing to break rules if it is good for others. He thinks that C-Sec is bounded by rules and his dream is that someday he wont have to follow rules as a Spectre.
In the mercenary raid that had his parents killed Wes'an was kidnapped for a short time by the mercenaries. He was forced to kill his friends. Execute them with one shot in the head. It still haunts him in his dreams. When someone tries to talk about it he goes silent and talks to no one in some time. He will never forget what he did.
He honours all of his superiors and will get any job done. He constantly strives to make himself useful. He wants his name to be remembered of something great. He constantly seeks a chance to do that. Status of a Spectre would certainly give him a chance.
Once one of his missions went horribly wrong and he got two C-Sec investigators killed. He hesitated and it retaliated to him. After that he made a decision that he wouldnt ever hesitate again. Not when there are lifes at stake.
Personality: Quiet, tough minded and strong willed. Someone would consider him to be shy but its not that. He is quiet becouse of what he did when he was just a young turian and becouse of all deaths caused by him. In combat he is skilled and every firefight he has been in had been very short becouse of him. He loves his job to keep peace in the Citadel.
