Nation of Sanctotonia

The Nation of Sanctotonia is commanded by Ruler Gregory Forsyth. The electoral process relies mainly upon a single party system where any adversaries are dragged to the streets and shot. Technology is at the forefront of scientific research and the nation flourishes with superior communication and means of production. Government sponsored programs for health care allow any individual who owns land to receive care.

Most citizens follow a generic code of conduct which produces a somewhat safe environment, but personal safety is largely product of personal ability. This country is proudly guarded by a fleet of men wearing kilts and carrying giant pikes and hand grenades. Religious practice and public observances are allowed, but no policies may be created to advance any given expression of religious thought. Education in Sanctotonia is of great importance and vouchers are given to any student who cannot afford schooling.

Environmental awareness is practically unheard of, although the citizens of Sanctotonia are quite aware of water quality issues and only urinate downstream. Corporations are allowed to make decisions outside the control of the government given they pay and 'Independent Practices Tax' and report all dealings to a specified government official for quality assurance purposes, and citizens are free to demonstrate for increase of social freedoms, but government officials are instructed to only pay lip service, and no actual changes will be made.

Republic of Bretonnia

The Republic of Bretonnia is ruled by President Gregory Forsyth. New leadership for this country is based solely on hereditary birthright. Three ton computing systems are the crowning achievement of this country's technological advancements. Advancement in medical practices has produced efficient health care practices, but only the privileged can afford the rising costs.

Most crime in Bretonnia is held at bay by the recent formation of a squadron of obese individuals who are given the authority to serial crush any law breakers. This nation's military force is not only large and scary, but the majority of the soldiers are also quite hairy and take government issued anabolic steroids. Citizens are allowed to privately practice any religion which is officially approved by the government. Basic elementary education is available to all citizens who can afford to leave the fields to attend classes.

This country is beginning to adopt many environmentally responsible practices, although any company with enough money can buy the right to disregard any practice they deem appropriate. This government allows each citizen the right to own a business, with the understanding that said business will be assigned to them through a lengthy application process, and this government has promised many civil liberties, but conveniently have overly bureaucratic structures in place which ensure the untimely release of any social freedoms.
