Biography:
The Aberrant Import started life as a Beechcraft Model 980 Beechlifter, a cargo ship well known among pilots for its very modular nature (the command module, engine nacelles, external modules and a good deal of the interior can be reconfigured) , meaning that it is rare to see a stock Beechlifter.

The Aberrant Import was purchased by Launch McCoy, a fairly successful bounty hunter (although not a very skilled one, it would turn out) who modified the craft by installing a chaingun turret on the chin and having a pair of Yoyodyne LN-48 engines installed. Upon McCoy's death, the ship was auctioned off and purchased by the Jupiter Mining Company, where it enjoyed a brief career as a technical supply ship. After the company went bankrupt, Charles Hunter purchased it for his own personal business endeavours.

Modifications effected by Hunter includes a pair of hidden missile pods in place of the forward cargo dock and overall improved onboard electronics and a newer kinetic barrier system than the one previously installed.

Hunter had a cargo module converted for use as a vehicle garage and purchased a Volvo IR-70 all-terrain rover when the oppurtunity presented itself. The IR-70 doesn't have any offensive capabilities, but is faster, more maneuverable and carries more passengers than the standard Alliance MAKO.
