Biography:
Stephen Michael Scott was born, according to the standard Gregorian Calendar, on 14 April 2167. His father was Michael Patrick Scott, then a corporal with the Alliance Marines (AMVC U3). His mother, Eileen McGovern-Scott, was a Serviceman 1st Class with the Alliance Navy (AMVC E4). Both were stationed on a SSV frigate when Scott was born. Despite living the majority of his young life on a starship, Scott's early years were relatively normal. His younger twin sisters, Ann and Erin Scott, were born five years after Scott's own birth. While the three fought as human siblings normally do, their relationship was a close one.
In 2175, Michael and Eileen Scott requested to be permanently stationed on the colony of Elysium to better raise their children. The request was granted by Alliance Military Command, and the family soon relocated. In 2176, the Skyllian Blitz struck the colony; Scott and his sisters were immediately evacuated to a underground bunker while his mother and father remained topside. Michael Scott was one of the many Alliance Marines drafted to assist Commander Shepard in repelling the Blitz. Eileen became something of a combat medic, moving throughout the city and rendering aid to any and all wounded Alliance personnel. She was killed by Batarian sniper fire while administering first aid to a fire team of Alliance Marines.
After the Blitz, Michael Scott moved his family into space once more. Stephen Scott, following in his father's footsteps, enlisted in the Alliance Marines in 2185. He enlisted under the I AMVC, and after two years of service became involved in Alliance counterintelligence activities. He was deployed countless times into the Terminus System and other "hot spots" in the galaxy, where his sole responsibility was to keep the Alliance's enemies guessing as to the military's activities in the region. The meat of his operations consisted of field intelligence collection and dissemination, disinformation activities, and assisting STRIFE and Special Forces detachments in executing tactical gureilla strikes against enemy positions. Scott's performance garnered the attention of both STRIFE and Alliance Special Forces, with each attempting to recruit him into their respective ranks. Scott chose the Special Forces, and in late 2193 passed the rigorous selection process, resulting in his permanent reassignment under the N AMVC.
Since then, Scott has continued to serve with distinction. While he has reached the highest enlisted rank in the Alliance Military, as well as earned a degree in Xenopolitical Relations, he continues to refuse commission as an officer. His service record continues to attract the attention of organizations like TEARS, STRIFE and even the Dead-Men. Scott, however, quietly insists he is quite happy with Alliance Special Forces.
Michael Scott retired from the Alliance military in 2192 after thirty years of service and has retired to one of the Attican Traverse's warmer colonies. Ann is currently serving as a C-Sec officer, while Erin is a Serviceman 1st Class in the Alliance Navy (AMVC J4). As far as family goes, his father and sisters is all Scott has. He has never married, and has no children.

I've checked the active storylines, but haven't really seen anything Scott would fit in with. Should I just wait until the next major story arc starts up, or does anyone have any alternative suggestions?
