Name: The Lost Seraphim
Race Design: Turian
Complete Armament:
3 hidden, forward-facing DEWs (Directed Energy Weapon).
Two CIWS MACs.
Two twin micro-missile pods.
Description:

The ship is shorter and stubbier than the Normandy but has a larger volume and tonnage. Three engines and a slightly over-sized drive core give it an acceleration and FTL speed comparable to most military frigates. The cargo hold makes up an appreciable bulk of the ship's volume and can easily hold most ground transports.
The three hidden GARDIAN-grade ultra-violet lasers are of Salarian manufacture. They are a nasty surprise to any pirates or commerce raiders making use of one-man fighters, and have sufficient strength to do some damage to frigates.
Biography: The Lost Seraphim started as a prototype frigate design for the Turian Hierarchy as a light harassment unit. During the First Contact War with the humans, the project was shelved in favour of one-man fighters to compete against the human designs. The prototype chassis was later requisitioned for an armed merchant craft design but this was also shelved when the Systems Alliance became a member race of the Citadel.
Tyrus Melcinus ended up buying the chassis surplus from the military and had it shipped to Noveria for outfitting. A long-term project, the turian tried all sorts of other prototype equipment on the ship. One feature installed is the near-complete automation of the ship's systems with the help of a highly-advanced VI developed by a human company. This effectively allows one person to fly and maintain the ship.
Once completed, Tyrus intends to move his base of operations onto the ship, leaving his Citadel store for meeting and "other" business.
