Toseland was born to a wealthy Earth couple, in the area that was, originally, Cornwall. Raised in an incredibly musical environment, it was no surprise that Toseland, more commonly known by his nickname, Toby, grew into a talented musician. Drafted at 18, it seemed he would never live out his musical dreams, but, in a burst of luck, Toby was granted an angel. His almost pathological lying and masterful disguise work was quickly noticed by higher-ups. He was requested for a position in TEARS, and quickly accepted. Since he was technically no longer military, he was 'Honorably Discharged', and quickly returned to his dreams. 5 years later, Toby is a famous singer and guitarist, playing as a solo artist, or as occasional lead in 'The Masks', a band he created and funds. Generally, Toby is selected for missions that involve massive amounts of secrecy, disguise, and bald faced lying. When on a combat op., He wears a standard GSS, generally Urban style, with a modified mask. When uncloaked, the mask shows a giant Smiley face, a form of shock tactic. When cloaked, the mask operates normally, near invisible to the naked eye.
Loadout: Toseland's main weapon is his Sniper rifle, personally built by an... acquaintance of his, and then modified by himself with active camo and silencing gear. He also always, even out of gear, carries a knife. It is a combat knife, designed by Lukas Kain, built by the Elkoss Combine, and personalized with a serrated edge and heart carving on the hilt.
Personality: Toseland is a happy, bordering on bubbly personality. Incorrigibly flirtatious, he seems to do it simply for fun, as he rarely expects anything from it. He is also very camp, often commenting on fashions or features as an expert.
