Fondor Titantius was born on Earth. He spent his early years on the famed alliance ship known as the "St. Helens". His father had been the captain of the ship. Caldor, Fondor's father had fought in many famous battles. Caldor died after a small skirmish with a fierce Krogan Rebellion. Fondor had been eighteen at the time. Right after his father died, he joined the Alliance Navy.
For the next two years Fondor served on the St. Helens under the former first mate Peter McMiller. Captain McMiller had taken the ship on many dangerous missions. The most dangerous was at the citadel where the St. Helens had to kill fly into the dangerous city skyway to take down a known terrorist. During the infamous "St. Helens Skyway Chase" atleast sixty different creatures were killed. Meanwhile the ship took heavy damage and was forced to make a crash landing. McMiller was kicked out of the navy and was handed over to C-Sec. Almost the entire crew was taken under arrest, Fondor had managed to convince the Council to let his crew go for the sake of galactic politics. Fondors old friend, Bruce Tregrev got him an old ship. Fondor took the old crew of the St. Helens and headed back to Earth. When Fondor arrived back, he was granted the rank of captain. The alliance was so thankful that he had stopped a intergalactic conflict that he was also given his new ship. The Silver Loon, an SR-1 Alliance Frigate was given to him. Fondor and his crew got to become users of the tenth SR-1 Frigate ever to be made.
For the next chapter of Fondor's life. He had gone and helped defend human colonies. Fondor continues to captain the Silver Loon. Fondor is now ready to serve the alliance.

Approved, but could you write a bit on his personality? I'm having a hard time pegging the guy as either as a ruthless soldier who looks out for his own men or as a sympathetic figure who had the ass-end of politics thrown at him during the skyway chase.

Fondor is a really nice guy. He is loved by his crew and tries to live up to what his father always wanted him to be. Fondor is one of the very few humans who really likes the other races of the galaxy. Fondor follows the laws but is willing to kill if he sees an enemy of the alliance.
