SSV Silver Loon, Systems Alliance Assault Frigate
----------------------------------------------------------------
Built: 2204

Commisioned: 2205

Sister Ships: SSV Normandy, SSV Normandy II

Operator: Systems Alliance

Home Planet: Earth

CO: Fondor Titantius
XO/Navigator: Jacob Pierce
Pilot: Franklin Pierce

Description: Built to replace to follow the Normandy II, the Silver Loon acts as one of the first next generation Alliance Frigates. The Silver Loon is similar to the Normandy II in almost every way. It acts as a jewel to the Alliance Navy.

The crew of the SSV Silver Loon is the former crew of the St. Helens Frigate. The crew is built of 80 men and woman all who have been in the Navy for over six years. Each is well trained. The SSV Silver Loon comes equipped with three Mako's and with fifty alliance assault drones.

Upgrades:

Cloaking System: Holoprojectors display a black veil over the hull of the ship allows it to avoid being spotted by Organics, however Sensors can easily pick up the distortion. While engaged the cloaking device lowers the sheilds 35%.

Mass Effect Drive: The larger drive makes the Silver Loon the second fastest ship in the fleet, allowing it to travel at 112% the speed of the Normandy.

Albative Coating: A double layer of Albative Coating affords the ship some more protection from Impacts.

Redesigned Bay: The Bay on the Silver Loon has been expanded in volume by about 10%, allowing for 3 Makos inside if needed.

Defence System: The Silver Loon has an interior defence system, many turrets prevent unwanted guest from getting around. The Silver Loon has also been given large guns which can easily blast a whole in enemy frigates.

Approved, on the condition that you credit Delta Team Curt for the ship description. Yes, it's a sister ship so it's not going to be too much different but he did write up the first one.
