Background: Born on the citadel in city sector 183, both parents are still alive and reside on the citadel, his mother is a medical examineer and his father is a retired C-Sec officer. His older brother is a C-Sec Officer as well, he grew up admireing his father and seemingly always competing against his older brother for acknowledgement. He specifically asked to be transfered to the position of an undercover officer.
