Biography:
Matthew is an earth born ex-mercenary. He was known to be fair and diplomatic yet extremely deadly when nessesary. He scoured the galaxy for odd-jobs just to get by.One day he heard a rumor that pirates were making an exchange with a shady weapons company for a havy explosive weapon they were planning on using on the citidel. Matthew single-handedly disrupted the deal, took out the pirates, and took the weapon. He turned it into C-sec so they could dispose of it. He was later contacted by the council who requested that he bring the company to justice. After much investigating he had enough evidence to have the company disbanded and aressted. The council, impressed with his work, made him an agent in the Office of Special Tactics and Reconnaissance.

Matthew can keep a cool head in even the most frightening or dangerous moments. He is normally laid back. He posses excellent marksmanship and hand to hand abilities. He wears his Colossus X armor almost all the time.
