Biography: Virtro Tugimora was born on Eden Prime in 2177. For five years he lived in peace in prosperity with his parents and little sister, who was one year old when his life changed forever.
In mid-2183, the Geth, who at the time were not seen beyond the veil for 200 years, attacked Eden Prime. A giant, oddly shaped "Mother Ship," as it was called, touched down right ontop of a major city, completely destroying it and killing all life. The Geth poured out of the ship. Armatures, hoppers, snipers, all types. The Alliance Marines held the intruders off for as long as they could.
Virtro, his mother, and his sister were watching a news broadcast about a recently unearthed Prothean beacon when his father, an Alliance Service Chief, called the phone. "Honey," Virtro remembers to this day, "there's no time to explain. Take the kids, take the Kessler, and the car, and get to the fortress. Now!"
Virtro's mother didn't bother to hang up the phone as she ran to the bedroom. She came out with an M18 Kessler strapped to her leg. "Come on, kids!" she panicked, picking up her daughter and taking her son's hand.
On their way to the fortress a Geth armature stepped the bridge they were crossing, over a valley. Marines were battling the Geth underneath. The Mother Ship appeared, emmiting a loud droning sound. The family car tumbled off the side, crashing into a group of Marines. His mother crawled out, ushering Virtro to look after his sister. "I'll be right back, Virtro!"
That was the last time he ever saw his mother.
One Marine, with the nametag of "Williams" managed to rescue Virtro and his sister from the car, and sent them off with a medical group before the second wave of geth attack.
Virtro and his sister, now "officially" an orphan, was raised in a military intitution on the Arcturus station. Virtro proved to be biotic. He was trained in the biotic arts and biotic amps were implanted within him a year after he was rescued. Both him and his sister enlisted in the military at 18, his sister 4 years after him.
He was an honor graduate out of basic training, like his father before him. He has also been awarded the the good conduct medal, the humanitarian medal, and most recently the purple heart, among others.
