- Biography -

Born on Utopia Station, ASC, Jæden Château Starr is the son of ASC technical seargent J.M. Starr, a combat engineer, and Louise Lacy-Starr. He spent one year on the station before his father was stationed at a fighter station in orbit around another planet for three more years. After that, they once again moved, this time to one of the three ASC stations orbiting planet Earth. Jæden draws most of his childhood from his time on this station, including his constant shuttling from orbit to the planet for schooling, as he did not attend school on station, and childhood friends and aspirations (he wanted to be a C-Sec officer, using nicknames like "Detective D.J." and "Officer Starr").

Through his life, he, as well as the rest of his mother's side of the family, exhibited supernatural symtoms of sickness. He was later proven to be biotic; many of his family members died of cancer or heart disease at early ages due to eezo exposure.

After just four years on the station, they move once more, this time permanetly, back to the last posting they were at before, except this one was planet-side. They soon moved off the base, where Jæ's father retired from the Alliance Space Command at 43 standard years of age.

Living a relatively boring life up until graduation from college, Jæ spent his high school and college years in JROTC and ROTC repectively, and although he didn't become group commander, the top cadet, nor the deputy commander, 2nd in command, he became XO, the 3rd in line, in both programs. Because of his "military brat" childhood, it was natural that he would carry on the tradition. His father was the only other person in the Space Command. Two of his uncles were both Alliance Marines, one was C-Sec Patrol branch, and his grandfather was part of the United Nations Army back on Earth.

Jæ had many of the same aspirations that his father, who wanted to become a FI-44 pilot (which was to be commissioned in 3 years at the time his fathered entered service [2173]), but could not because of various reasons. His father served with distinction in the military.

Jæden is fresh out of pilot training (and make sure everyone knows by polishing his wings), fufilling his and his father's dream. His first positng is on Mindoir Station, in orbit around the colony of Mindoir.
